I loved how friendly the staff was once we got through the check in process. There are plenty of activities to pass time by on the resort and for excursions. Of course we loved the unlimited drinks as well.

We didn’t like how we purchased the adult only all inclusive and there were kids everywhere. The resorts were all combined so if you choose the adult only expect to still see kids when you plan to go out for dinner or activities. My wardrobe wasn’t kid friendly. Also I would recommend having front desk associates who can fluently speak English. We had issues with check in with the front desk employee allowing guests that walked in after us to be serviced before us resulting in us having to wait an hour to be checked in.

Of course the location - and the friendliness & reception of entire staff. The personnel seemed to be as accommodating as possible. Most of the effort was for our enjoyment, for sure!

The facility and resources felt like they were on the verge of capacity. If this place were designed to comfortably manage 15 people, they were stretched a bit thin and juggling 20 people.

Spacious and clean. Food & drinks were very good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Far too many people putting towels, books, hats, etc on the poolside chairs early in the morning are not using them until later. Heard one guy bragging to a friend that he reserved 8 lounger’s even though he only needed 4 so he wasn’t crowded by other people.

Staff was great!! So nice and welcoming. BIG THANKS TO IVAN, VICTOR (at the sports bar) AND WILLY ( the guy that helped us to our room/get set situated) !!!! WOAH you guys made our stay so wonderful!

The room was dirty upon arrival. The bath tub had brown dirt in it called to ask them to come clean it, someone came, said they would be back but they never came to clean. The jacuzzi on the upstairs dock was dirty as well.

All inclusive Stuff was amazing The food is delicious and many choices Vegan friendly Carnivores friendly The service is excellent Fully refill mini bar service (included) Quiet in the "jungle view rooms" A lot! Of activities such as pool parties and kids rooms, "teens room" , ping pong tables all over the place Bars in the pools with free cocktails and drink "Vibe teem" (entertainment teem" with different activities such as "netball pool style game" and balloon war in the pool. Clean Jacuzzi in the junior suit! Big bath 9 different restaurants : sushi and tapeniaki , Mexican, meat , Indiana, Italian, pool buffet {cheese burger and hot dogs} , sea food, the wonderful and my favorite the big buffet, And other kind of restaurants I didn't get to see beacuse is only for "diamond club" or with extra charge... But I don't think you need to go there unless you are really rich and to wast your money just to get another kind of food So many pools I could not count them Live shows from 6 to 10 at the pool Every pool section has same entertainment (so you won't miss any)

A lot of noise from the pool parties at night from the "pool view rooms" at night The beach is full of Seaweed and it's not plesent to get in The lins to the restaurants can be exhausting from 7 to 8 The location of the resort is very far from the downtown and taxis are expensive 🫰. There is a line to get a place to sit next to the pool! If you come "too late (around 9:30 am) you need a a lot of luck finding place near the pool"

Location isn’t very ideal. It’s pretty expensive to taxi/shuttle off the property to shop and visit restaurants

I liked all of the different options of restaurants to choose from

I didn’t like that the resort does say adult only but you walk a couple steps and there is kids on the other side there is no barrier the adult side is really small and the room smelled like mildew and the floors were constantly wet in the room.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, from the cleaning staff, to butlers, to servers. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were cleaned and restocked frequently. There was always some form of entertainment available. Food at all the restaurants did not disappoint.

The beach and shoreline was full of seaweed so we couldn't even get close to the water. The butlers were great when they were available, but there was always some confusion with who was serving us and when. There was a total of 3 different people within 24 hours telling us they were our butler. And instead of the bottle per day we were promised, we got 2 bottles in 6 days.

the view and resort was great with a lot of restaurant to choose from. great staff and very helpful. very clean.

the place lacked air conditioned areas to hang out. also lot of mosquitos in the room which was the down side.

The location was beautiful. The rooms are spacious and the decor is nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room service was efficient and the reception has really good hospitality. They have alot of stores and food options to choose from. Excursions and taxi are easy to book.

The food and drinks were a bit disappointing, depending on what restaurant you go to. Some of the "resort food" I've noticed in my experience is not so great. The buffet has some of the "hot stations" where they prepare the food in front of you, those are the best. Drinks are completely watered down. We brought a bottle of Hennessy from their "club" and that was like water too. Definitely not as good as it was 4 years ago when I went.
