The room was clean and comfortable. The cleaning lady was very nice.

1. Personnel didn't care abaut our needs, the don't accept cash to buy a coke, it has to be with a card, since they don't have money to give you back. 2. Our room 417 did not have a microwave and we specifically booked this hotel, so I could heat water for my teas. 3. At Reception Desk, Rafael told us that breakfast is served from 6 to 10:30 am and in the restaurant, they said it is from 6 to 9,and at 9 they charge you if you want to have breakfast. It's a pitty that a Hotel backed - up by Marriott Bonvoy is giving the guests these experiences...very disappointing.

We picked this hotel because they advertised a free shuttle. We called the hotel from the airport. We waited for 30 minutes outside to be picked up. When we checked in, we reserved our shuttle back to the airport for the next morning. It was on time. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The room was comfortable and clean. We were tired as we had been traveling all day and were connecting the next morning. We slept only 4 hours.

There were no towels. I tried to call the front desk. The room phone didn't work. I took a shower anyway and used the floor mat to dry off. There was no hot water. The temperature of the shower was cold or very cold. I went back downstairs to get towels for my wife, they gave me two pool towels. Which were nice but no wash rags or hand towels given. For such a fancy hotel and price, I expected more. The staff ignored us when we arrived. Four employees behind the counter, were busy but not attentive to us. Didn't even greet us or say hello. I wouldn't stay here again. I think it's a management / employee problem otherwise our stay would have been excellent.

Really loved the free airport shuttle. We needed to return our rental car and then get to the hotel - it was really nice to be able to get the shuttle to pick us up at the airport, and then drop us back at the airport the next morning. We heard that taxi fares in and out of the airport are really high, so this was a great feature. The driver was friendly and helpful - just set things up at the front desk as you check in. Our room was comfortable and quiet. And just across the street is a mall with a food court, so a nice place to wander in the evening.

All was great!

The room was spacious and comfortable ( plenty of pillows). The staff was engaging and helpful. Breakfast had a variety of fresh foods that covered different levels of comfort.

The booking website had the wrong address listed (verify the address on google maps before you order a ride), which in turn had me stranded on the side of the road 15 minutes away from the actual hotel, please make sure your address is updated on sites you use for bookings. No ice bucket in my room, dishes in the cabinet were chipped or dirty.

Hotel facilities where ok and the staff was very friendly

When leaving, there was an issue with the transportation to the airport. Even though I wast told at the front desk that next bus will pick me and my family up, it turned out that there was a list the driver was managing but the front desk lady was not aware of. I was told after that, same bus is shared between the two hotels, Suites and Plus. In the end, the manager handled the situation requesting another car for us.

I was met by wonderful staff Enrico who accompanied me to my room to ensure I was pleased and got me a requested coffee pot. The suite was very clean and the bed comfortable. Staff the next morning were pleasant. The breakfast was substantial..a good mix of cereals, eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt and pastries The free shuttle to the airport was only an 8 minute drive. The swimming pool looked lovely although I did not have time to use it. Some rooms in the hotel were not available due to plumbing problems but it appeared as though those issues were being dealt with.

The hotel is very pleasant, good for an overnight stay near the airport. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with kitchen facilities. Good (cold) breakfast buffet.

The restaurant (for lunch and dinner) has a limited menu. The free shuttle van to the airport is scheduled every hour, and reservations must be made at check in. When I did this, I was told that all vans for the following morning were full, and they could find us a taxi for 650 pesos (about $38) for the 5km trip. After protest, they scheduled an extra van for us on the half hour. I would have liked to see more flexibility with scheduling in the first place, and my unpleasant experience could have been avoided.

The pool and facilities were fabulous. The room was well equipped.

We stayed here specifically to take the free airport shuttle to catch our flight in the morning. We were contacted after booking to see if we needed a shuttle to the hotel from the airport. I told the staff member no we needed one going to the airport. I was instructed to schedule it on arrival. We arrived at the property to find that all the shuttles were booked and the only option they had was forbus to book a taxi for 27 USD for the following morning. Of note we had just taken a taxi for 27 usd for about 15 miles. The airport was 3 miles away.

The manager, Enrique Andrade Perez, was able to help us resolve a problem we had in using the airport taxi company. He was respectful and responsive to our dilemma. Thanks to Enrique and his staff, we were able to begin our vacation in a pleasant way.

The only thing we didn't like was the Cancun airport taxi company. The hotel was in a good location for the rest of our vacation.

Perfect location. Very comfortable room with all we needed. Pick up service a great advantage. ( I had asked for instructions on how to book the airport transfer which made it easy. ) loved the pool. All in all a great stay.

The kitchen crockery, glasses etc needed to be checked as we were missing a few items.
