The hotel is so conveniently located. It is very close to the airport. They also provide airport shuttle every 30 mins for free. After a long flight it is great to be able to get to the hotel quickly and relax. They also welcomed us with complimentary welcome drinks. We also directly had dinner at the restaurant and the waiters were so friendly, particularly Samuel. I was worried that the pork I ordered was still pink inside and not cooked, he explained to me that this is because of how they marinate the meat in Mayan flavors that absorbs the colors. He was absolutely correct because I didn’t have any problems and the food tasted delicious! Overall the staff was also very helpful with all our questions. We were going to other parts of Mexico the next day and they helped us get directed and find the best public transportation options! The rooms also have USB and USB-C plugs in the wall so that helped us charge our phones eventhough we didn’t have a plug converter.

One small thing, I wish the bathroom had a toilet brush.

Shuttle bus was great but just note that when you come down to get the shuttle bus to the airport, although the bus runs every 30 mins you still have to inform the staff at reception so they can notify the bus

The ambience of the hotel is one of relaxation and tranquility;; exactly what is needed after an 11 hour flight. The staff was warm and welcoming upon arrival with the relaxing sound of the fountains in the background was perfect. The room was clean and again tranquil.

The transport from the airport could be more efficient, but then I am just picking holes. The curtains in the room could be made a bit easier to draw close but again I'm just looking at minor details.

Comfortable and spacious room, well-appointed - typical of Marriott hotels. The regular shuttle service to and from the airport was very appreciated. Quick room service. Uber works in Cancun - it was easy to take an Uber from the hotel to other places

Upon arriving at the airport, it was a bit confusing where to meet the shuttle bus. Better instructions would be preferred - you essentially had to call a number (WhatsApp call was ok) and then wait at a platform.

50 Minutes after leaving the plane we checked in our room thanks to the responsive and free shuttle and swift process. The reception were responsive and did their best to find us adjacent rooms and didnt mind us hanging around the pool after check out. Clean rooms. No aircraft noise from the airport. Awesome room service at 23:30.

Breakfast was great, but if you're Mediterranean, you'll struggle to find your vegetables...

The staff! :) Roxana at the front desk was VERY patient, helpful and polite. I had a minor issue with my A/C and was a little grumpy after a long trip which I do regret. Still, Roxana was very kind and patient to me, she allowed me to change rooms and it made my stay perfect. She was also very busy but made sure to help me out even as I was being impatient. Thank you Roxana! And thank you to the other staff members who were all very kind. I’ve traveled around the world and this was one of the best accommodations I have stayed at. I will be back!

The property is conveniently located near Cancun Airport, but still far enough that the air traffic isn’t bothering. They have an amazing airport shuttle service which is free of charge and runs every 30 minutes - make sure to read the instructions sent to you beforehand to avoid complications. The inner courtyard with swimming pool is a nice distraction and the gym is adequately equipped. And the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Price is a little too high for my taste, but worth it if you want to avoid expensive overcharged taxi rides.

Lovely facility and room was large and comfortable. restaurant was a bonus. And you are pet free - very important for us that are allergic to cats and dogs!!!

My only negative was the spraying of a scent (perfume?) on the carpet in the hall. The smell invaded our room, and I am chemically sensitive. So - I had to use a bath towel on the floor to close the gap between the door and the hallway.

Very comfortable quiet hotel with large outdoor pool and garden, within 15mins or so of the airport. There is a twice hourly service for the shuttle, which you have to phone to get on arrival at Cancun airport. (see negative comment below re having to phone). The hotel has an excellent restaurant open late for traveller coming in on early evening flights which is nice and the food is good, although at typical higher hotel prices. The breakfast buffet is absolutely wonderful and worth the add on price when booking. The rooms are spotless and the beds really comfortable. The staff are excelllent. All in all very nice and we return there often during trips to the area.

Having to phone for a shuttle is not easy for foreign travellers without esim or roaming. We couldn't find a phone chip seller at the airport. Friendly workers offer to phone the hotel for you, then during the conversation shake their heads and look sad, advising you afterwards that it will be 45 minutes to an hour for the shuttle and maybe you should take another service or taxi. Thank them and ignore them because the shuttle takes about 20 mins-30 minutes to arrive. Better to find a friendly traveller with a local phone plan instead.

As a hotel near the airport the Courtyard does everything you want it to do – rooms are spacious and, while not brand new, quite well equipped and comfortable. We had a problem with our air-con (it's a centralised system, so the controls seem a bit inflexible) but it was sorted out quite quickly. Staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant, with a classic Mexican-Yucatecan-international menu, is an enjoyable place for dinner or breakfast. Plus, you can eat outside on a shady terrace, by a garden with a nice pool.
