Location, breakfast, cleanliness. Overall the staff were great, courteous, helpful and you could call upon them at anytime. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other visitors to Cancun.

Did not like the fact that I message the Hotel one week before my visit to Cancun regarding airport shuttle pick-up and they did not respond until I checked out. They are not being transparent that the shuttle is only for departure and not arrival and maybe don't want to tell guest and they end up canceling their reservation.

This place has all you need. Its location is convenient for short stays and allows easy connection with the airport. The front desk staff is super helpful and patient.

Arranging the shuttle with the hotel is difficult. The guests need to call the hotel once they arrive, but it would be impossible if they had no phone or signal. Even when calling the hotel, it takes many times for the hotel to answer the call, and even then, they will hold the call for several minutes. Local taxi drivers will offer to take you for a crazy amount.

Very clean and bright; friendly and helpful staff; breakfast decent. A couple of good little restaurants nearby.

Not far from airport but difficult to access easily; it would be nice if shuttle to the hotel from the airport was provided. As is, it is only accessible by expensive taxi services. If you are in central Cancun, take a taxi directly to the hotel. Don’t think you will save time and money by going to the airport first!

Clean, free shuttle bus and decent breakfast provided for that price.

The main reason to stay in this hotel is because of a free shuttle bus.It's a bit hard to get the information via website, text messages, and even call. It'd be great if they provide detial info about the shuttle bus. For example, you need to know which terminal you are landing, etc..

Had a lot of difficulty with transportation to the hotel. They advertise airport shuttle and somehow my phone number was given to a third party of which the hotel staff did not know about. Ended up taken very expensive transportation to hotel. When we left we were told they had transportation to train station and the driver refused to take us citing too much traffic. We were on a short deadline and took another expensive taxi. $580 Mexican pesos for a 2 mile ride. Left with concerns of how my phone number was given out to someone posing as the hotel driver.

Breakfast, we were informed by the personnel, was limited - for us, it was quite sufficient, we had everything we needed - good strong coffee, juice, croissants, yogurt and granola, eggs, ham. All of the food in the serving trays was regularly restocked by the employees so no matter what time you go, they had everything. WiFi was fast and free. The room was spacious, beds were comfortable, we had everything we needed to recharge after a nice vacation and before our flight. Shuttle arrived right on time, which was a great help - we saved a lot of money by staying in a hotel near the airport and not having to take a taxi.

I was a bit surprised we didn't have a shower curtain, and once we were using the bathroom, everything got wet pretty quickly. It is not a dealbreaker or anything, it might have been a mistake, and we never said anything to the front desk, since we were tired and just wanted to rest before our flight the next day.

Great option for an early morning flight. We stayed one night and enjoyed all the conveniences the hotel has to offer - gym, pool, breakfast and free shuttle to the airport. The room is nice and the shower amenities have a great smell and texture. The bed is comfortable and the room is very quiet so we slept very well. Breakfast consisted of eggs, some cheeses and cold meats, a few vegetables and fruits, some cereal and coffee. Nothing too fancy but serves the cause. The shuttle to the airport left exactly on time as scheduled. Hotel staff (shuttle driver and reception) is polite and happy to give service.

We liked the swimming pool being open late (until 10). I also liked the coffee (at anytime). Television was great quality in the room. We liked the amount of plugs for our devices in your room. I also liked the quality of the shower as well as being able to turn of the lights from bed. Customer service was excellent from the friendly bell boy who turned on the swimming light for us and the reception (check-in and check-out) who was friendly. Towel service was great and friendly as well both for the swimming pool and getting some extra for our room.

We only stayed one night as we were catching an early flight (left at 6am) and I wished there were some options (not necessarily warm) for a quick bite before the airport (ex. Cold milk, cereal, yogurt, breads, bananas). Breakfast service does not start until 7:00. Maybe next time :) .

Our room was exceptionally tidy and adequately equipped with all the essential amenities required for our one-night stay in Mexico. Whenever assistance was requested, responses were prompt and efficient. The restaurant staff provided quick and attentive service, ensuring that all demands were met satisfactorily. The main dining area was maintained in an immaculate condition and offered a diverse selection of breakfast options. Furthermore, the housekeeping personnel were efficient and pleasant, effectively ensuring cleanliness throughout the facility. The security staff demonstrated friendliness and effectiveness, enhancing guests' overall sense of safety during their stay. The shuttle driver to the airport was excellent and helpful. Overall, this hotel exemplifies a commitment to quality service and guest satisfaction.

Very clean and modern. In the room, I was initially assigned, the TV wasn’t working properly so they quickly put me into a different room and have the TV on and the air conditioning on and everything ready when I got there. Staff was friendly. Good value, and very close to the airport.

This is probably not their fault but they ran out of bottled water. However, they did have several sources of filtered water so I could get water anytime I needed it. I did arrive later in the evening so by the time I got there, the restaurant was out of many of the dishes on the menu. But they did bring me a Caesar salad and a hotdog meal. It was good and I felt satisfied with that.
