The Owner Joseph was extremely nice and very helpful, the manager Edwardo was very helpful when I needed help, two very good and professional Men. The location is far from the center of things, but when you figure out the bus schedule it's great 👍

Good and cheap place. I stayed here before my flight out of Mexico. The hotel owner allowed me to stay in the property during the next day to wait for my flight and leave my bag. The property has a pool (though water is cold there) and big yard. In the room, there is a tv and private bathroom as well as air conditioner.

Friendly and helpful, organized a taxi to the airport in the middle of the night. We would definitely recommend getting them to arrange a taxi if you are going to or from the airport (300p vs 1100p from the official airport taxis). Nice pool area although we were only there for the one night and didn't get a chance to use it. Not many restaurants nearby but there is a very basic but friendly taco place just up the street.

Although it is relatively close to the airport it is still kind of out of the way and well off the ADO bus route from the airport to the city.

Amazing building, straight out of 1930s glamour Hollywood! The pool was super cool as well. Rest was updated at various times and tired but who cares - the bed was fine.

They need to send directions in Spanish and English to get off the bus coming from playa early and then get a taxi?

The manager was extremely helpful. I almost missed my flight and he took me to the airport in his own car to make sure I was there on time. The most reasonably priced property near the airort

Felt little older, but was very clean.

The layout of the property was very nice, loverly room with private bathroom. Quite clean considering it’s in the rough end of Cancun, pool looks very nice although not heated. The owner guided me to a street food taco stand, which was very nice although the cook didn’t seem to like how I was English lol. The private parking was a relief after seeing the location, it is enclosed with a locked gate at night.

Very rough location and hard to find the place. I had to ask locals with my little Spanish and they didn’t know where it was but turns out it was just round the corner lol.

The host was so helpful and friendly, let me do a late check in as I didn't arrive until 2am. He also organised a taxi to the airport the next day. People confused about location just need to put the property name into maps and it comes up.

A nice neighborhood hotel between the airport and town. Very nice grounds to sit and relax. Convenient to the collectivo into town.

The only items provided for breakfast were tea and coffee. But there is an OXXO a short walk away.
