The staff was so welcoming, friendly and helpful from the time I arrived (exhausted having missed my plane to Lima) until I left. They accommodated me by turning on an extra fridge, being available late to welcome me and allowing me to leave my luggage in safety until my afternoon transfer back to the airport. Excellent value for money!

Arriving on a rainy, dark evening, the outside of the property doesn’t look very inviting. A well-lit, colourful, professional sign would make the hotel look a lot more inviting.

Necessary facilities available: warm shower towels, shampoo and soap, comfortable beds, Aircon in room. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating, especially when my flight wasn't til later in the day I was allowed to hang around the communal area til I was ready to leave the next day. Breakfast was lovely! It's one guy that currently is doing everything, check-in/chef/cleaning etc and does it all with a smile. It's a simple lovely little place that was absolutely perfect for an overnight stay when arriving late into Cancun. Really enjoyed my stay.

Not really a complaint just suggestions - For me it was a little bit awkward to get to with Google maps from the airport, we missed the exit we were meant to take and had to take a 15min detour to get back round - not their fault but maybe some instructions could be given on booking which street to turn off? For international arrivals a trusted taxi recommendarion from the airport would be great. Uber can drop you to the airport but can't pick up apparently - airport WiFi is not good so couldn't search for one on arrival.

The location is relatively near to the airport. Something that I need it.

The only thing I was disappointed about, was that the breakfast was not included. At the moment of the booking, it says that it was included. However, when I asked for it, they told me it was not included, and I didn't not why. They just told me the system doesn't show it. So, unfortunately, I wasn't able to have breakfast that day.

For the amount of money they charge, this place was great! No English speaking but very nice people and they seem to working on their, " hotel improvements," diligently! I would recommend if you are not looking for glam and need to save money. Very good for the money and close-ish to airport.

Very friendly staff. The property and price were excellent for an overnight stay before catching an early morning flight. Very close to the airport.

The young man that attended us, Axel, was very hospitable. Room was clean. Night was quiet when not interrupted by new guests checking in. Location was secure with locked gate.

Egg omelet, white bread, black coffee. Nice tasty hot breakfast. Only from 7:30 to 8:30 am, free. Spotless room, quiet area of large villas.

Need a car.

For 1 night its ok...but the bed is small and you sleep on nylon

The owner was talking all the night outside in front of our room ..they dont respect the clients...

If you need an economical and clean place to rest your head while waiting for a flight, then this is your place. The people are nice, our room had 3 beds, 2 full and twin, cold AC , hotwater, and good wifi. This is a place you pull up to, jump out the cab, go straight to your room, shower, and crash. We left early in the am, so we did not eat breakfast but it look like a group of college kids sitting in the court yard. There was no late night partying, just a hot shower and good night sleep. I would stay again.

However, this is not the Hilton. The room was very outdated and the place looked a little scary when you walked in. This place is more of a hostile than a resort. Nobody I talked to spoke English. The beds had plastic covers on mattresses under the sheets. Our cab driver kept asking are you sure you know where you are staying. There is nothing around it to do or go. So if you if you need luxury and familiarity, stay at the Hilton. If you are looking for a cheap place with nice people to take a hot shower and lay your head, stay here. During peak season, this place a fourth the price of an airport hotel. I can buy the family a lot of comfort food for that savings.
