Living in Mexico City for almost 2 years, we thought we were prepared to travel to Cancun without hassle. Turns out that upon arrival, with two tired toddlers, Hertz not only didn’t have our car but wanted to charge us double for a replacement. After several hours, we arrive at Francisco’s place, and he literally saved us! He connected us with a reliable local car rental for a great price, he drove us back to the airport to find my family arriving from Denmark saving us hundreds of dollars in cabs, and found pizzas for us when nothing was open at that time. The rooms were large and equipped with fast internet, tv, balcony, and breakfast was made whenever we needed. Francisco and his wife were the best hosts we’ve had!! It felt as being at home. He has been living in Cancun for two decades and knows all there is to know about traveling in the region. It was a true pleasure to stay there and we will come back there for sure. If you’re looking for a reliable, flexible, affordable and comfortable place, this is the one!

We come here for the last night before flying back home. The host was very flexible - we arrived around midnight and we could stay in the room by 2pm. Very clean room and swimming pool. Good breakfast. Quiet and pecaeful place. Beautiful villa. Perfect last stay before leaving Mexico.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house which is very close to Cancun Airport, but also in a quiet and calm neighbourhood, which is just what we needed to rest and recover after a very long trip! We arrived in Cancun quite late in the evening and even more so as our flight was delayed. However, Francisco stayed up to wait for us and welcomed us as soon as we arrived. The house is very clean and our room was excellent and spacious, perfect for a family. There were other guests staying at she tame time, but the house is big enough so it feels like a Bed & Breakfast or a mini hotel.The garden is wonderful and we had a great time there. The next day, Francisco cooked a delicious breakfast for us which we were happy to pay for, and even though the check in was in the morning, he and his wife were very attentive and flexible with our check out time. We kept our suitcases in a safe place in the house and were able to enjoy the pool. They also recommended some excellent tacos very nearby! I can't recommend this place enough if you need to stay near Cancun airport.

My family and I stayed in Cancun Soho and it was a very heartwarming experience. On the check-in day, we were scheduled to arrive at the hotel before 12am, but due to a flight delay, we were able to arrive 2 hours late at midnight. Even though we were late, the owner was waiting for us and welcomed us warmly. We only stayed the first and last day of our Cancun trip, but we appreciate everything they did for us. I recommend this place for; 1. Those who want to spend time in one room with 5 people near the airport. Our room had plenty of space. 2. Those who want to live there and talk with the people there.

The owners, Francisco and wife were the most helpful people you could wish for, they helped us with onward travel and so much general advice about Mexico and Tulum, our next destination. We were going to get a bus to tulum but with help ended up getting a lift from their friend Inc. a 3 hour stop at a cenote for similar money. Would highly recommend especially if you would welcome some advice on arrival. We are a family of 4 and kids loved the house inc the dog. Great home cooked breakfast. Enjoy

We only stayed the night to be close to the airport, but in the future, I’d consider staying with the owners, Alejandra and Fernando, for a longer stay, as they are very welcoming and accommodating. It felt like being at home- cozy, comfortable, but Tropical! I loved listening to/watching the birds in the morning. If we stayed longer, I feel as if we could have had a more genuine cultural experience, rather than staying solely at a typical resort in the hotel zone. Nice pool, too!

I have no complaints. We used Uber to take us there and recommend the same to others.

Clean, quiet, lovely pool. Fair price. Francisco was an excellent host. There are no restaurants in walking distance but Francisco arranged an uber for us and provided a shuttle to the airport in the morning ($450 pesos). All in all it was a good stay and I would recommend for the night before or night of arrival of your flight or a few days in Cancun

We have decided to stay in Fransisco's b&b based on positive reviews and its proximity to the airport. The room was big and very clean, there was surprisingly no noise caused by planes taking off/landing. We had a relaxing and comfortable stay. Fransisco & his family were super accommodating and provided a very welcoming service. The dinner they prepared was delicious and saved us a lot of hassle before travelling back home. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect – the welcome, the lovely owners, who couldn’t do enough for us. It was an honour to spend time there, even if it was brief. Our car was safely parked inside the property. Everything went smoothly, and the whole family was very kind. Beautiful room and bathroom. Stunning garden. Definitely take advantage of this affordable accommodation near the airport. They even offer transfers to and from the airport. Wonderful people, thank you so much!

The location close to the airport after our arrival was good to start our trip. Francisco was really flexible on the check in time (our flight got delayed) and really helpful with contact through WhatsApp. The room is simple and clean. The beds are really comfortable. The breakfast is perfect. It is a simple location with really nice host that makes you feel great. Francisco gave us good advices for our trip!
