There were little lizards and frogs on the property, but there is no controlling it. I would recommend a mosquitero. It’s a net that hangs over the beds. This net protects people from mosquitos and other insects from crawling or biting on guests.

The rooms are very comfortable and fresh, as seen in the images, if they invest in the mattresses because they are of quality and what a good rest. We missed a flight and here they took care of us all night, the very attentive guys at the reception got us the hamburgers and we were only 12 minutes from the Cancun International Airport

Most peaceful sleep in several nights. Odd location, but the room felt better than fancy US hotels. No kidding. I loved the room.

Took a while to find - Some would think its creepy, because you drive up at the back, but the owners are top shelf kind, AC super cool, doors lock super safe, I put this little hotel on my fav list for a great night's sleep and save $!!! They even call taxis for you!

Quiet place, very friendly personal, plenty of water and good pressure in the shower :), kitchen equipped for the basic staying. The internet signal enough to email or whatsapp. It is very subjective to the individual expectation. For us enough to rest and move from there to any place.

The staff were extremely helpful and polite, and were very accommodating with receiving us knowing we had no cell coverage outside of the airport, and were of great help getting us a taxi service the morning after that saved our flight by taking a detour to avoid the long lines due to a highway accident. All in all great value for the money and a good layover for flying the next day. I have a feeling some reviewers were expecting a more touristy area, but the location is perfectly fine and has good options for food where the local population eats nearby. We can highly recommend the gorditas just a block away!

The location and amenities might not be for everyone. But Cancun Blue was exactly what we needed and it was perfect. Located in the municipality of Bonfil, Cancun Blue is nestled into a charming neighborhood that was mas tranquillo compared to the city center. There was public transit available and many nearby eateries. If you want to live like a local and have a real Cancun experience, skip the hotel zone and stay at Cancun Blue.

It is a very simple place, but we came in late and left early morning to reach our flight. The guy working there didnt know much English but was able to book us a taxi to the airport at 530am even so :-) Clean but basic, great internet. Theres a little kiosk to buy soda, water or chips.
