I recently stayed at Extended Suites Cancún and had a pleasant and comfortable experience. The hotel is a great option for travelers looking for affordability, extended stays, or a no-frills place with all the essentials. The room was clean, spacious, and included a small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and stove—perfect for preparing quick meals. The air conditioning worked well (a must in Cancún!), and the Wi-Fi was reliable throughout my stay. The location is convenient if you’re not necessarily looking to be right in the hotel zone. It’s close to shopping centers and main roads, making it easy to get around by car or taxi. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful 🙏

About 15 minutes to the airport with a Walmart close by. Nice rooms.

No safety bars in the shower or bathroom. The shower water runs out out of the shower and into the bathroom floor. Pretty good for wheelchair access but grab bars are needed.

Although you have a kitchen and they call this a serviced apartment there are no cutlery, glasses, dishes, bowls, or cooking pans of any sort I couldn't even get a glass from reception

It didn’t have appliances for the kitchen, the kit that they sell it's overpriced, and the pan was super cheap and nasty quality. We had to buy another at the supermarket to cook

The place is good. The room is spacious with a kitchenette just perfect for me and my daughter. There is a clean pool to cool you off. I love the staff. They are so helpful. I had a problem with my laundry and they tried their best to help me. They were helpful and they did not expect anything back. Very accommodating even with the language barrier. It was close to amenities. The price I paid is actually fair. Overall, it was a good stay.

That I have to get a package for utensils. There is not even a free coffee/sugar. No glasses even.
