If you're looking for a location close to the airport, this is the place to go! Communication was clear, facilities and service were good (towels, fans, AC, breakfast, garden, WIFI....), location is ideally between the airport and Cancun city center. This would not be a holidays location though. We booked one night after our holidays in Tulum as we had an early flight back, and we didn't regret it! Also, the place is located in a beautiful gated community. We've never been to such a place, so it was fun to experience that for the last night. And it makes it very safe as well.

The room had a weird smell, but nothing bad.. And the deco and overall furniture are pretty.... Basic! Again, perfect for a night or two, but not necessarily more in our opinion.

I had one more full day and wanted to shop for tourist items. This was a room in a home with a pool and wifi. Great. But it was in a gated residential community. There may have been a mall, but it was definitely out of the tourist area, with no little shops. There were restaurants, but all fine dining, making it more expensive. Still, they were within walking distance, with very nice Christmas decorations. And I had two 5-star meals. I had to ask twice for a teapot, but I did get it. And I just had to ask for more water. There was a beautiful pool, but too cold for me. I did use my down time catching up on some blogs.

I didn't realize that by staying close to the airport, the taxis were extremely expensive. I learned I will stay near the tourist area next time and pay the taxi price just once when I leave for the airport. If the weather had been more agreeable, I would have enjoyed the pool and relaxed in the sun.

It is located close to the airport. 9 mins away! We booked it to crash for the night. Breakfast was included in the price. The host Diane speaks great English and gave us a lot of information. She arranged for pick up from the airport as well. She responds promptly and we were happy to stay here for a night.

I wish the washroom had a door for privacy.

The shower curtain was not the best for the shower. Due to small size and water pressure, we had to dry up the bathroom and bedroom after taking a shower. A shower door instead of a small curtain would be more appropriate

Very friendly host (lives in building/shares walls), and kids loved the pool.

Be aware that this is in a gated community, and you must show your ID and reservation EACH time you re-enter to guards at the front. This sometimes takes 5 minutes just to enter.

The host was amazing. The rooms were large and it was close to many restaurants. We walked to dinner and the kids played at two different parks. The pool was nice. The breakfast was nice as well with toast, yogurt, juice, and fruit.

The pool was cold.

We stayed one night and the location was perfect for us. Lovely host and good sized room.

Only one bedside table even though there was room for two. No hair dryer and only a curtain screening off the bathroom instead of a door.

Diane and Lenin were so nice and accommodating, they picked us up and dropped us off at the airport for a very reasonable fee and even dropped us off a great local restaurant. The room was super clean and comfortable, super comfortable bed, great wifi and shower, ac and close to many good restaurants and a 7 11 for bevvies and snacks. They also have a nice pool that looks like a cenote! We will definitely be back! 10 out of 10!😊

a little fridge in the room would be great but they had one available in a room by the pool for guest's use.

A really good B&B. The hosts were helpful and one of them speaks english. The room had a large comfortable bed, large bathroom, microwave and coffee maker. In the back of the house there was a fridge and kitchen to use. In the morning at 8AM we got breakfast in the room. It contained fruit and sweet cereals or a small pastry. The area was a nice gated community. When we were leaving they offered a ride to the airport for a good price.

Had wished for a better breakfast.

No hairdryer. It’s tiny but we didn’t expect it to be huge.
