I liked how easy the checking was. The bedrooms are big. Your living area appears to be shared with another tenant in the house, but we came late and left early only for 1 night so didn't see the neighbors. Awesome manager, he lined up a 25$ Uber for us. Security guard 10m from our front door, felt safe. Pool at the back house was very clean although we never swam, but looked clean. Pool in a good spot, only meters away from apartment. King bed is broken, there is a big sagging spot near shoulders and neck near night stand but I'm sure it will be replaced. Overall, a great experience!

The pool area was surprisingly nice, with the table adjacent to it. There is a kitchen also, which would be great for any potential food preparation you wish to do. There is an element of privacy to the pool given the design of the building. That turned out to be a great feature. The operator did reach out immediately upon booking and provided all of the information I needed to know to enjoy my stay.

I wasn't 100% sure of having found the place when I arrived. There is no signage or anything to indicate its operation.

The property is very easy to get to from Airport. Very, very clean. There was a security guard during the night to keep eye on property. An employee was at desk the morning of checkout to greet us!

Everything was great. One has to remember they are not sleeping in their own bed. Was great for a few nights!

Really nice place for a stopover in Cancún, The hallway, pool area and room were very clean. The AC was working very well. A fridge was provided in the room and an equipped shared kitchen was available. The decoration makes up for the small size of the pool and the yard.

The place is situated in a gated community and parking might become problematic with several guests. You have to be online on the day of your check in to get the entrance code via Whatsapp or email. It is not sent to you right after booking.

Perfect accomodation for a night in Cancún, quiet and safe area, good quality for money, extremely nice and helpful staff.

Without a car it may be a bit complicated to reach. In the kitchen (in the apartment) there is none or almost no equipment such as cups or plates (it may be different in the shared kitchen, we didn't try).

Quiet and spacious studio with a large terrace with a view at the top of the building in a protected area. The pool is small, but clean and offers excellent refreshment. Excellent, wide and comfortable station.

The kitchen needs renovation and new kitchen utensils.

The hotel had a power outage so we were moved to another similar hotel by the host and not left stranded. Very nice, I appreciate the reaction time and the quality of the other hotel.

Great room in a residential area. We only stayed one night before a flight from Cancun airport but the room was plenty big enough with comfy beds and a good sized bathroom. There is a nice communal kitchen area downstairs by the pool too, which was well equipped with everything we needed.

We liked the price, compared to other places we stayed this price was so much better for the staying. We disliked saw some roaches, the pool was under construction.

I Guess the roaches everything else was ok.

Location a bit far from anything, but half-way between airport and downtown. We chose it for our last night because of this. Walking distance to restaurants.

Very isolated location. No obvious bus service. OK for one night before flight.
