This is one of the nicest and biggest rooms we ever stayed in. Amazing staff, very helpful especially Ruby. Very quiet area, very comfortable hotel. Strongly recommend.

Three minor things that could be improved, one is the TV. There wasn't cable, only streaming channels, but they were logged out from previous guests. So we gave up watching and we were tired anyway. Second, the hotel uses a fancy digital lock, very safe, but it is hard to remember 7 digits. I thought it was a bit of an overkill. Lastly, I would have loved real, fresh squeezed orange juice with the complimentary continental breakfast. Even if it was a smaller glass and limited to one.

The place was absolutely amazing. I just can't understand the bad reviews. It's close to the airport and a good bit away from the beach but uber is available. The place is absolutely beautiful . Staff very friendly. Our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive until 05:00 but that was no problem to them. Also the instructions where very clear to get in and with some reviews saying they couldn't get in then maybe they need to take a carer with them as it's so simple

The environment is pleasant and it has a private garage.

We stayed in a room that had no windows and there was nothing about it in the room description. The upper part of the closet was absurdly dirty, with a lot of dust and as the air conditioning was located above this part, part of this dirt always flew into the room. That was pretty bad. For breakfast, they served 2 pieces of sliced ​​bread, just the crust part. I think this is a saving for the hotel that affects satisfaction and that's why we don't like it very much. As we were driving, we had no problems getting around. But those who don't have a car need to use a taxi.

Beautiful, comfortable and well organized place. Huge villa with a large common room, swimming pool and cozy and well maintained garden. It is close to the airport, so many people rent it for one night, but if you enjoy staying in a quite place it is worth to consider for few days. It is a bit remote so without a car only taxis are the option. No public transportation nearby. The surroundings do not encourage walking (far and the neighbourhood is quite desolate). But, the villa is perfectly fine and safe.

We received an upgraded room with a balcony. It was a wonderful room with a big bed, large windows, a view to the garden with birds singing in the morning. After more than 24 hours flight it was like a paradise. Paradise finished in the bathroom with very weak stream in the shower.

Breakfast was a continental: means: two pieces of coffee, bread, marmalade and juice. This is not that was expected. The location is rather complicated to achieve, needs a navigator. I did not noticed if there is a sign with the hotel name: in the dark you will see a wall and very big gate that is close.

After paying for a second upgrade, our room with balcony seating was an excellent spot to decompress after several tedious flights: spacious, great bed, lovely bathroom, private and quiet balcony. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with prompt and pleasant service. Also, we were very grateful for the 9 pm transfer service from the airport the hotel had arranged for us, so we didn't have to deal with picking up our rental car and finding our way in the dark.

Unfortunately, from the time we arose in the morning until the time we checked out, we had no water in our room. This meant no showers after a long day of travel, and no toilet use, since we could not flush. We alerted management, but by the time we needed to pick up our rental car, the problem had not been fixed. When we requested some kind of compensation for our lack of basic facilities, the manager offered a refund of fees paid through booking.com reservations, but to date, we have not received any refund.

The grounds and the hotel are exactly as pictured. It is beautiful and well maintained. We rented one of the suites and a king room. The king room could use a little decorating as it is very plain, but the suite is amazing. Everything was clean. The breakfast was lovely with several choices, not just a continental breakfast. Close to the airport.

The hotel is well secured, but the area doesn't appear to be great and we were discouraged from walking in the neighborhood. We had a car so we could go where we wanted and I'm sure Ubers and taxis would go there. The hotel has a little restaurant but there are no other restaurants or stores nearby.

Very quite and cozy place. Not like most of the villas in Cancun. It is clearly seen that owners take care of it and they keep it in neat condition, despite the fact that the hotel is not very new. Nice food in the restaurant, nice smell in the room, refreshing swimming pool, good firm bed.

We chosed the place because we though that if it is close to the airport it will be easier to get there however it was not true. We couldn’t order Uber there at night and the taxi service that is offered is very expensive. Maybe during the day there is no such problem, but at night it was. So if you go there, please take care of the taxi in advance.

This is a lovely out-of-the way hotel that feels more like a B & B. Not many rooms, quiet with a nice pool and green space, a good restaurant, and far from the congested streets of Cancun

The location is a mixed blessing. It is far enough from Cancun and the airport to be a bit expensive getting to by taxi. The airport taxi drivers offer a VERY HIGH fixed price. Best to try to get an Uber to bring you there. From Downtown Cancun (ADO terminal), the taxi cost 500 pesos, about $30. The price is comparable to get back to the airport, so transportation is expensive.

We booked this as it is close to the airport and we had a very early flight. The staff were helpful and booked a taxi. The restaurant was reasonably priced and food good. The pool and garden were nice for our very short stay.

The description in booking.com says airport shuttle which influenced our decision to book here, this is not the case,. The staff will book a taxi which is around $450mxn. The hotel is basically behind a big wall, and it didn't seem like there was anything around. if you were staying longer than overnight this could be limiting.
