Overall, good! We stayed one night as we arrived late and had a flight the morning after. Location is perfect as it is super close to the airport, the room was clean and comfortable.

On Booking it is written that they have a Whatsapp number through which it is possible to book a free shuttle from the airport. This was the main reason why we chose the hotel. However, when we tried, the number was actually not on Whatsapp. We wrote a message here and no one answered. We were lucky enough that a friend from Mexico could call for us, otherwise we could have not been picked up. This is very disappointing, as it is impossible to expect international travellers to call the number days in advance!

Check in staff were informative, large room, clean and comfortable bed. Ideal for an overnight stop close to the airport. Breakfast was included and there was lots of choices.

They do need to correct the WhatsApp contact details they automatically send you a message to arrange transfer for the airport but the number is not connected to WhatsApp. So on other people review we decided to arrange our own taxi for the airport in advance and it cost $35

New so felt clean, good. Great pool. Free parking w rental car.

I misunderstood that the Mexican breakfast was not part of the continental we had to pay. It was all in the same space. I’m sure I’m not the only one. The shuttle was a bit of a hassle once we returned the car. Had to call and wait. Timings were off so we missed it. They said 40-60 min so we went to a restaurant instead of waiting outside in the heat. They came 15 min later but that’s when my 30 min free internet session timed out as he was calling. I couldn’t get a data package in my country. They used what’s app. That was annoying. Why it didn’t just force around when you said you were coming, I’m not sure.

The staff were extremely friendly and the entire building is clean and comfortable. The food offered at the restaurant was very good as well. I love that the pool was very big and stayed at one level throughout (4.6') which made me feel comfortable letting my kids go in without me.

The bathroom door was a bit faulty causing water to flow out into the rest of the bathroom. The hotel is not walking distance to anything really because it's housed in a new development and although transportation from there was quite accessible it was a bit expensive.

The breakfast in my opinion was not good. They only gave cold cuts, bread, and cereal. They also had warm food like eggs, and another foods but you had to pay extra for it which it didn’t make sense because when you make the reservation it says breakfast included. That’s the only thing that didn’t make sense to me.

The hotel is new and very stylish. It's located 10 minutes away from the airport and they offer transportitions between both places so you can save a lot of money with that service.

The transportation asked us to book the shuttle 48 hours in advance, but at arrival when we announced we were waiting, they told us we had to wait 45 minutes. No big deal but it's not a preimum service. There is no food delivery in the hotel or any restaurant walking distance, so we had to order. The food was not good for the price so if you're arriving late like I was, try to bring food from somewhere else. There was no hot breakfast, but there was an okay variety of food and bread.

Perfect for an overnight stay close to the airport. The pool and outdoor area were both great - nicer than we expected. The shopping mall across the road had a good food hall with a variety of different places to eat which was really handy for eating out.

It would have been nice if there was a bar area in the hotel to purchase drinks in the evening

We had to call from the airport for transport to the hotel. We couldn't get on the wifi; all directions were in Spanish. I had to a local person to call. Was very stressful!

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Great location next to a large mall and food court.

They never replied when I messaged them about reservations for the shuttle. One of the staff from the airport had to call the hotel so that the shuttle could come pick us up. They arrived in less than 20 minutes.

The pool and breakfast were great. Staff were very helpful and were were able tonstore bags there for a week while.we were in costa rica
