For Nizuc, the property is great for families and had a chiller vibe than Sunrise. Nizuc pool with slide was a big hit with our kids. Entertainment and activities were great. Daily morning Yoga and Senzai yoga experience were amazing. Massages at Awe Spa were great as well. Evening show for break dancing was entertaining, fun and audience interactive. Fuego show was good but a little too long (drums with water and light could be cut from show). Golf carts (driven by the staff) are available to transport you between the properties. Paying for Day Pass to the Moon Palace Grand Cancun is worth it if you’re traveling with kids. Skip the Grand tour (free Day Pass) if you don’t want to spend 1.5 hours of your vacation being marketed to… The water park at the Grand was fun and the Wired Lounge at the Grand was a hit with the kids. The beach by the Grand is better than the beach at Nizuc. The Grand buffet was much better than at Nizuc. Habibi Lebanese restaurant at the Grand was very good. P.S. Go when it’s off season and get the discounted room rate.

Food was good but inconsistent with some mediocre and some good. Room service was better than some items in the buffet and restaurants. Arricefes meat was good but sides were mediocre. Los Caporales was disappointing for being the Mexican cuisine restaurant on the property. Ironically, the Indian cuisine was better than most of the items in the buffet at Manglar. Desserts were very good at all restaurants.

We got the deluxe 2 bedroom suite. It was amazing for our family of 2 adults + 4 children. Very clean and comfortable. We loved it. Our 7 years old twins loved the playroom while we played tennis with the older boys. They had lots of fun there and the fact we could leave them there and go enjoy other activities was great. The food and drinks were amazing! Large variety and high quality. The fact that you can order room service and it is all included is great. The golf carts to travel around the resort came very often and we didn't have to wait for long. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

We had an xbox in the suite, however it didn't have an electricity cable and it took them a day and a half to connect it. Then it took several hours to download all updates, so the kids didn't have time to enjoy it. The dinner restaurants had a very long waiting time of 2 hours, and with kids who are hungry and tired we just gave up and went to the buffet which was medium quality. As stated in other reviews the beach water of the hotel are not great, so we didn't go there.

Location was great since it was only few mins from the airport. But waiting for the bus to arrive took almost more than half an hour. But its understandable. Overall we liked the stay including the breakfast lunch and dinner.

We did not like the way in which people were forced to sell vacation packages. They start the saying there is no pressure or push to pick the plan. But honestly we had to spend almost 3 hours to say a NO. Even after saying NO, more and more people from manager levels joined with better offers to convince people into their vacation plan packages. This process was really PUSHY and could be avoided or regulated.

Nizuc worked well for our family's taste, instead of the other two hotels next to it (which I think were a bit larger and more crowded). The food was great as well as all the facilities, and service staff very polite. Pool area and kids activities also worked well.

I encourage everyone to stay away from the time share sales pitch! It was not pleasant at all. Not sure why the hotel wishes its guests to experience something like this, instead of focusing on being a nice hotel where one can just be on holiday. Sure, it was voluntary to attend it, but just don't do it.

The rooms, the facilities in general (except that the slide was being fixed during our stay and the kids couldn’t use it), the relative proximity to the airport. Service is good too. Welcome wine and booze cabinet will delight many, no doubt. Mine was a very short stay so didn’t get to enjoy everything that the hotel has to offer.

It tends to get rather crowded, even in low season. The beach in that part of Cancun is virtually decorative, unlike in the hotel zone. The food is terrible, frankly, especially considering the price point. Maybe club members enjoy better quality ingredients and cooking. But then, that’s something I don’t like either: the ladies chasing people down after check-in to “show them the map of the property” while in fact they are there to hard-sell you a club membership. Just be upfront about it. No-one likes the feeling of being tricked. Plus: if my “non club” experience is not that great (I say that because of the food in particular) how do I know it will be great once I sign up?

Love the resort. The housekeepers clean our room twice a day. We get fresh towels everyday. Room service was awesome too! All the things we needed are available and accessible.

The whole resort is stinky from the beach. Whenever we go out of our room, we could smell the stinky beach. The lobby smells good though.

Extremely friendly staff, excellent food and drinks. Manicured grounds.

Sometimes had to wait to long for trams at stops (over 30 minutes) Should have some sort of communication at stops. No restrooms close to pool, 4 to 5 minute walk. ( VERY BAD). Little to No nightly entertainment.

Loved how spacious it was and being able to access Sunrise and Nizuc was amazing. The facilities were amazing, decor and design was outstanding. Very elegant and tasteful style, good quality furniture and appliances.

The deluxe garden room was a bit small for a family and it would have been better for my teen to have her own space separated by a wall or a tv.

Amazing hotel, staff so friendly and attentive. The entertainment team work so hard every day to get people involved in activities and create a fun vibe. Love the amount of pools and restaurants are spot on too, so much choice and quality food!

The only think is not property problem was the drinks are the worst quality cocktails I drink before 😒 I drink the first days and say let me try tomorrow can say same or worst so that’s my only complain
