Everything. The location is great, the old building breathes charm, the rooms are impeccable, the hostess is super friendly and helpful and the yard is amazing. We brought our own food for the first day (just in case we would hit bad traffic) and were able to eat it in the yard at the outdoor table, which she prepared for us. If you have the opportunity to stay with Valerie, please do so. And have the breakfast with homemade pastries and jams. It was delicious.

Beautiful house with a large garden. Great location in the centre of Wissembourg at a walking distance from everything, yet calm and peaceful. Comfortable bed, good size bathroom, absolutely spotless. Excellent breakfast with homemade jams and the best croissants in town. Valerie is a very friendly hostess with very good knowledge of the area, and great restaurant recommendations. Perfect for a holiday break. Highly recommended.

The location is quiet, but central and beautiful. As a difficult sleeper i can really recommend this place. The beds are very comfortable, all windows in the room could be darkened using the shutters, or curtains. Next to the window was a cozy quiet garden, such that i could leave one of the windows a bit open at night, without being disturbed by any noise. The room was beautiful and clean. The center is within 5 minute walking distance. Nice place, good atmosphere

Absolutely nothing.

The Lady of the house was very friendly and helpful by emails in advance of my trip. And after checking-in with detailed advices for Restaurants etc. in the Center of the marvellous town, which is just five minutes away by walking. The house is a 'Jugendstil / Art deco' - Villa in Wissembourg / L'Alsace, excellent renovated and upgraded, such as the bedrooms, bathrooms etc.., what I like particular. My big room (corner room) was on the Groundfloor with stunning view to the town center and also into the big and lovely arranged garden. The breakfast room is on the second floor, on offer are a lot of homemade details, such as marmalade, Apple juice etc., very good coffee freshly made from the Lady of the house - merci a vous, Madame. The Croissants were fresh and excellent - as in principle the whole house was looking fresh and excellent!

Just too short stayed at the place.

The host is extremely friendly and forthcoming. My fellow German travellers might also like that she is fluent in German. The location is also perfect and allows to reach the city centre within a few minutes. The room was also really comfy and the bed is superb.

Very cozy atmosphere, super pleasant and helpful host and really nice garden to chill & relax. We only stayed again for four nights, but it was great to be back. Valerie is super nice and makes excellent recommendations including reservations for you. The breakfast is an absolute recommendation with something new to discover every day.

Parking is Quick and easy right in front of the house. We were received by a welcoming host who showed us around and gave us tips on many great places to eat. The room was large, comfortable, quiet and super clean. The house is located very close to the town center which has a lot of neat old buildings, including a church close by. Breakfast included a good variety of meats and cheese, yoghurt, fruit, home made apple crumble and fresh bread an croissants, everything of a very high quality. We will definitely come back.
