Everything was perfect. Location wise. Front desk staff Jason is one person who is excellent at his work and makes sure makes u feel comforted. He made sure I got the room I liked and was okay with it. The security at the main gate are always smiling and greet with warm smiles. Staff at the restaurant are really helpful and they remember what u like to eat and drink and help out beautifully at breakfast. It's a beautiful property , simple rooms and well versed staff... I'm surprised how beautifully have they kept the property as it is really huge. Great work guys! 👏

Not that we didn't like anything I just felt rooms now could be updated atleast with minibar and with wifi as sometimes people do carry work with them can make the life a bit more easier. Nevertheless there wasn't a thing we didn't like it was a perfect stay 😊

Felt a bit overpriced the breakfast could be improved. Otherwise the resort was lovely peaceful. Also I noticed that the Indians are separated from the whites which I feel is entirely wrong

The separation of Indians and whites. We are from London and we know how live civilised so don’t know why the whites were separated from the Indians.

We like the location which is very near to all the prime destinations and turist spot. The greenary around the property was very nice. Sweeming pool and the lake was very nice.

The food which was very costly and not up to the mark but the staff of restaurant was nice.

Awesome view with lake inside....staff was very polite...neat and tidy room.....my daughter enjoy a lot in pool...I booked for 2 nights but I continue for 1 more night. When visit again surely stay here😊👌

It was a nice place to stay, a very good ambience and the outside view is very beautiful. A nice place to spend time with family.

Far from airport.....

The property is huge (220+ rooms) and well maintained with beautiful landscapes. They clean the rooms daily. In addition to this, you can get rental bike, taxi, etc right at the gate of the resort at any time. The security guard at the gate is so sweet and helping. Unfortunately, the pool and a few other facilities were non operational due to covid. Overall, Totally value for money accommodation.

Everything is great except the food. We ordered dal tadka (₹250, which is actually ridiculous) with steamed rice. I was still fine with the price but the daal was so basic that I could have cooked better on my own. The options are very limited. I fail to understand that why such a good resort has ignored the good department. Hope they improve it.

I liked the view from the balcony. If somebody needs a celebration, it can be arranged lake side which is good. However, the hotel is a little old style, so don’t expect any electric kettles, shampoo or anything.
