We go to Hagerman NWR almost every month and stay at this LaQuinta. The room is standard. The sheets and towels are always crispy clean. Beds are soft enough. A bonus is a little coffee maker with a few coffee bags in the room. The personnel is usually friendly. The breakfast is good. The best thing is the pool thought. It's spacious and usually quiet. We choose this particular place for the pool, so our little boy can have some fun there, since we don't have a pool at home. Also, there's a gym there, I never have time to test it, because I come to the room very tired from hiking, but it's nice to have that option for those, who spent most of the day driving.

We would like to check in earlier, than 3 p.m., since we arrive in Sherman at 12. Other than that everything is fine.

Fix your reservations online so it works or i will just call the hotel from now on and skip your Site and all " third Party" sites!

They couldnt find my reservation in their computer!! It was a big hassle they said " third party" sites like you often dont go thru@ i showed them a screen shot of my res.she sent it to her Bos to get me in@ Please Fix this!!

Karen, the front desk person that checked us in, was amazing! She was quick and sweet and did a great job. She was there in the morning when we checked out too and such a pleasure to interact with.

Not sure if I did this when booking, but we were in a handicapped room. The room was fine, but the shower set up is so dangerous for someone that might not be steady on their feet. The curved shower curtain allows the water from the shower to leak out all over the ceramic tile floor and is super slick. If my 81 year old father had been the one taking the shower, I would have worried the whole time that he would slip and fall.

The breakfast was very good and conveniently located near the freeway. The room was comfortable and neat but the hotel itself was under construction. It was a nice stay

You can hear the other people in the nearby rooms. Walls are apparently thin.

Convenient location near restaurants. Soft and fluffy towels. Good breakfast.

The bedding and towels were clean. But it could use a deep cleaning like on bathroom doors, showier curtain washed, and the elevator wiped down inside and out-just to name a few. Light switch operated TV and lamps and lights that couldn’t be turned off with a switch by the bathroom. So if you wanted to watch TV the light had to be on.

Went to the room after staff cleaned it, and the door was not completely shut. Nothing was taken, but please make sure they shut the door completely.

I wish I could remember the gents name that checked me in; she was very through and helpful. Very positive attitude too. She signed me up with La Quinta and explained the points and was just a very valuable asset to your company.

The staff was tremendous! They were accommodating, professional and engaging. The hotel was busy. The hot breakfast was a good start. Maintenance came within an hour to fix the shower curtain.

The hotel is scheduled for a complete renovation. There's damage in the walls, and a shower curtain that didn't close.

Room; I emailed the manager but never heard back--about the faucet aerator. It would allow only a tiny stream of water to come out--and it took a LONG time to go from cold to hot or vice versa. All it needed was removal and cleaning. I would have done it if I'd had pliers. Breakfast: We loved it. The girl who set it up was very friendly and helpful. Thank God for your coffee! Last time I was there, the coffee was terrible, but this time it was great. (I'd written the manager about that, too--and he responded.) Bed: The bed was comfortable and we both slept well! Thank you.

The aerator in the sink needed cleaning out so water could flow through it. We enjoyed our stay other than that.

The room was clean, but the room temp was a bit too cool on arrival. Could adjust the temp easily, but itook a while to warm up.

Would prefer a walk-in shower rather than a tub. It's easier to get in & out of..
