You could tell they are working hard on upgrades. They still have a lot to do. It is a very old building. They are replacing tubs, showers, and toilets. The room we use had recently upgraded.

There was not enough recepticals near the bed for charging phones. There was no upgrade USB ports. The receiptical was only on one side of the bed, unless you used the receiptical for the sink. We killed two roaches in the room. Never seen anymore. The back door would not close all the way for security. Anyone could walk into the building without a hotel pass key.

George the manager always kind. Always honest. Always addressed any issues. Tony the front desk clerk is the best clerk I've seen. Absolutely loved our stay here. Regardless of the negative reviews... I have seen and experienced first hand ✋🏽 and I enjoyed my stay here. Much better than alot of the other hotels in the area.

Location for my traveks/famiky was perfect. The tall adult lady with glasses light brown skin at the front desk clerk was efficient and had a sweet smile with excellent eye contact. She is a keeper for sure. In the room, I liked the layout and space for a double queen. I especially liked the ottoman and the gideon's bible.

One key card was not working. The difficulty of securing the stopper to bath tub. The bathroom door stopper position was dangerous upon exit of showering/bathing. Lastly, I suggest a simple print out of property map. It is difficult to know where to park closest to your room number. As well as where the long hallways lead. I understand there are labels and signs, but upon an arrival Iwhen guests receive their key card/s a simple print out property map is strongly suggested.

Was clean and comfortable the staff was very friendly

Rooms service knocked on door at 9:30 am when check out isn't till 11 would like to have slept till 10:30

The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful in every way. I will definitely stay or recommend them as a place to stay because they were all so wonderful.

I'm disabled amputee, wanted a folding chair for the shower. Was ok, I hear a bucket I keep with me.

Had Coffee maker in the room, and very good location to MD Anderson Mays Clinic. Staff very friendly and pleasant

For staying one night, it was perfect

it was clean and affordable. the staff was informative and friendly.

the toilet had low water pressure and would flush all the way was the only issue we had in the room.

I like how the counter person was respectful and patient with me at check in. The room was clean and comfortable.

Ok lets see I didn't like how the mini fridge was a noisy.

I like the front desk staff. They were very nice and considerate of me.

Nothing was out of the usual.
