The room was beautiful and so comfortable. All the staff were excellent and professional. The breakfast’s were delicious and I love the hotel and the dining area. The food served was outstanding. Overall, I had a lovely time! See you in May!

Towels. I was surprised it was a thing now (everywhere) that towels were not picked up during my stay there. I had a big pile of folded towels on the floor. But, two ladies from the cleaning staff were kind and professional.

Breakfast was very good. Well worth paying for in advance. The location was excellent and we had enough extra places to eat surrounding the hotel. The front desk clerk was friendly.

The elevator was out on one side. The carpet in front of our hotel room had crumbs, dirt, or sand in front of our door during our whole stay. And when I checked in, the front desk clerk was unaware I had already paid for the room and the breakfast so we waited for her to figure it out. I didn't like the fact I had to pay an extra $25 for a room deposit in addition to already paying for the room- but I guess that's what you all do.

I liked that the room and bathroom were large and clean.

The bed was not comfortable at all! We have stayed at this location in the past though and had a comfortable bed. They just need to upgrade that bed, it was awful.

The staff was amazing, the room was nice.

Housekeeping never came to clean our room or bring towels or toilet paper, or coffee. You have to pay for breakfast which is a little ridiculous for the price. The bathtub had what seemed to be the remnants of the nonslip stickers, if the hot water in the tub was turned on it was very slow, it was the opposite with the cold water.

Everything was Fantastic. Hilton is Number 1. I paid more, but I got more.

Simple error. I had 4 in my room and only got 1 meal ticket. I needed 2 meal tickets. It was corrected, but I had to go to the desk and he had to look me up to check if what I told him was true. It was made up for. I was given the meal ticket fot the day before also. It helped out because I was wirh my family and they paid a balance for me the day before that I was not aware of. As I said: No biggie.

Have not had breakfast at the hotel, our son and his family live close to the hotel so we always join them for breakfast.

All was clean and welcoming

It was very clean, the bed and bedding was very nice. The bartender was really good. The food always leaves a lot to be desired.

I guess it would be the food.

Location

We had a king room. The large pillows were fine but the small pillows were not so great. Blackout curtains that cover the short sheer curtains in the middle of the window would have made the night’s sleep a little longer.

Close to everything

They did not have a protocol for a tornado. It was a first experience with a potential tornado warning so we were concerned.

Great welcome. Fabulous room. Very quiet and comfortable. Good location with facilities nearby and convenient for the highway.
