Very nice facility. Enjoyed the staff. Without exception they were friendly and efficient, didn't bother us unless we asked for something. WI-FI actually worked! They had a pretty large contingent of contractors in the facility all three nights but there was no excessive noise or disruption from them. Great place to stay with reasonable prices, good breakfast and easy access.

Had a small problem with the TV which my husband was able to fix. My pet peeve with these hotels is the LED lighting. It makes the room too dark and gloomy.

The staff was attentive right from the start. Not only addressed my husband and I, but had conversation with our children. They checked our room before we even fully checked in to make sure it was clean. Everything was above expectation. Breakfast was hot and wonderful. We will definitely use this hotel again for our stay.

I like that it was comfortable to be there and the pool and hot tub were great although the hot tub could have been hotter.

The breakfast was good. Area Was clean. The staff (morning and night) were awesome. Helpful, courteous, professional. The beds were sooo comfortable. Pillows too. We will return.

The wallpaper peeling, need for paint (although I did notice someone doing touchup painting in the lobby on one of the days) and repair/ replace cracked counters. It’s aged. But could use some maintenance. Otherwise, nice.

The room was very clean and I like the style as well. It was also spacious.

The entryway light and the phone didn't work when we arrived but that didn't bother us. Also the walls were kind of thin and we had a hard time sleeping on Saturday because the neighbors were very loud. The indoor pool and hot tub were down for maintenance and that was a selling point for us to book the room as well. The bed was pretty high as well and some jumping up was involved. There was also a lot of construction in the area that made it difficult because it was no signage but I understand that.
