What a gem. It is a small hotel, and our expectations wee quite low, to be honest. However the staff greeted us with smiles and helped us get checked in quickly, and even switched rooms since my wife (who is disabled) was with and they do not have an elevator. The room was clean and the staff provided an additional pillow and towels when we asked. All with a smile. Breakfast was fine, but the coffee was fantastic. My wife loved the French Vanilla creamers. Best of all, we were a mile away from our destination, so travel back and forth was so easy. All in all, especially for the price, about a third of the cost of staying at the venue.

First let me say I will definitely be back. This place is a hidden Gem. I couldn't wait to write my review. I stayed one night here. Let me tell you how impressed I was with this place. I left home and forgot my makeup wipes. I walked into the bathroom and there tucked into the washcloth was a makeup wipe. Ladies we know how important our makeup wipes are. The water was hot each and every time I got ready to take a shower. The room was exceptionally clean. I can't express how pleased I was with this place. I will definitely be back. Sharon Room 205

Everything was spotlessly clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. TV was very nice along with the over sized room refrigerator. Breakfast was very good for a free hotel breakfast with a big selection of foods. Coffee machine was great with everything from hot water to regular coffee, lattes, to cappuccinos. I would recommend this facility to anyone. One of the better places I’ve stayed in Oklahoma.

Can’t think of anything myself but my wife said the lighting could of been better in the bathroom.

My girlfriend and I stayed here after having discounted rooms at Choctaw but couldn't afford another night so I checked availability here and found it at a decent price, we noticed the room sizes were similar and best western had a microwave while Choctaw didn't which was a plus and we loved how the shower has shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles mounted in the shower wall ( the coconut scented toiletries were great ). I highly recommend best western as an option if you can't afford a room at the casino.

My only issue was the size of the breakfast area. The room isn't big enough if you have 3 or more people with you and the space between tables is nearly elbow to elbow but other than that our stay was exceptional.

The staff was vvery friendly, great breakfast. Pool was just the right size. Very clean, comfortable, quiet. I will definitely stay anytime I'm coming to. Choctaw casino. Directly across the street. Close to restaurants, stores, etc. Best Western has never disappointed me. Thanks for the friendly warm welcome. 😊

I loved how clean the facilities were and how friendly the staff was. I also was so thankful for the cappuccino machine! It was fantastic!

I didn't like that they didn't have a hot tub. Google said they had one so we were all looking forward to it, only to be disappointed. It would have been nice to know that the pool closed at 9, as well.

Cleanliness, You have a chose to reserve a smoking or non smoking room. Overall a nice, clean, quiet place to stay.

No elevator and was not informed until after I got there. Need an elevator and stairs for a 2nd floor facility. If no elevator, the least you can do is let your guest know on your website.

Conveniently located from the casino

You have to make an immediate right turn when you get off the highway. Otherwise you have to drive down the service road and make a U turn under the underpass and then drive down towards the casino and Mae a left before the casino and start over again. And none of those roads have street lightsz. I learned by experience. Also the only restaurant options other than in the casino are a Sonic and a small Mexican restaurant.

Location, service of the staff and the layout of the room.

Breakfast was a little bit limited. There were 30 minutes left when I got to the breakfast area and they did not refill the potatoes, everything should be available until the end-time (9AM). Beyond that, just a little bit of cigarette smell in the room.

The staff was very nice, the cleaning ladies were very helpful in times that we needed something, very sweet and made us feel comfortable.

The pool was closed which I didn’t see on the website when booking, the main reason why I booked because I wanted my kids to have fun.
