My girlfriend and I stayed here after having discounted rooms at Choctaw but couldn't afford another night so I checked availability here and found it at a decent price, we noticed the room sizes were similar and best western had a microwave while Choctaw didn't which was a plus and we loved how the shower has shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles mounted in the shower wall ( the coconut scented toiletries were great ). I highly recommend best western as an option if you can't afford a room at the casino.

My only issue was the size of the breakfast area. The room isn't big enough if you have 3 or more people with you and the space between tables is nearly elbow to elbow but other than that our stay was exceptional.

Cleanliness, You have a chose to reserve a smoking or non smoking room. Overall a nice, clean, quiet place to stay.

No elevator and was not informed until after I got there. Need an elevator and stairs for a 2nd floor facility. If no elevator, the least you can do is let your guest know on your website.

Conveniently located from the casino

You have to make an immediate right turn when you get off the highway. Otherwise you have to drive down the service road and make a U turn under the underpass and then drive down towards the casino and Mae a left before the casino and start over again. And none of those roads have street lightsz. I learned by experience. Also the only restaurant options other than in the casino are a Sonic and a small Mexican restaurant.

Location, service of the staff and the layout of the room.

Breakfast was a little bit limited. There were 30 minutes left when I got to the breakfast area and they did not refill the potatoes, everything should be available until the end-time (9AM). Beyond that, just a little bit of cigarette smell in the room.

Every single staff member that we met was exceptional. Very friendly and professional. The property was clean and quiet and beds were very comfortable. The breakfast had plenty of choices for both hot and cold items. Very easy access off the highway and excellent location for visiting the Choctaw Casino and downtown Durant. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff was very nice, the cleaning ladies were very helpful in times that we needed something, very sweet and made us feel comfortable.

The pool was closed which I didn’t see on the website when booking, the main reason why I booked because I wanted my kids to have fun.

the gals at the front desk were super nice and helpful.. the room was great.. more parking available than I thought there would be.. I will definitely stay there again on future trips to Choctaw

the only thing that comes to mind is when I first made my reservation, I never got a confirmation email (I did get the "we look forward to seeing you" email the day before I arrived though)

Location close to Choctaw Casino.

Technical difficulties causing a long delay getting our room key. Desk person had to let us in the room. It took an hour or more to finally get a key.

The staff was great very polite and helpful. I called to let them know we would be late to check in time and the staff let me know that everything was ok and not to worry that our room will be ready for us when we get there. And location was perfect only minutes away from casino where we were attending a concert.

Road construction not so great but other than hotel was easy to get to without getting lost.

breakfast was good. Sausage, egg & biscuits. had cereal & yogurt too. Proximity to choctaw casino great..except..read what not to like...

The road construction made getting to the place a challenge. If coming from the north it's easy to miss the washington exit cause it's a hard right off highway. then right on the access road go past the amish restaurant. There is a sign that says road closed to thru traffic. Go ahead and go down the bumpy road & you'll get to the inn. They really should put a temporary sign along there to direct drivers down that road.
