When I booked the room, I didn't realize that it was for smoking. When I received the confirmation email, I realized my mistake. I called and they were able to fix it for me. I also asked for a room downstairs. They were able to make this happen. The breakfast was excellent.

The only issue I had was that when we were eating breakfast, the flies kept flying around our food. One even landed on my food. I had to end up throwing that food away. I don't know if this can be fixed. This is not against the Inn. It's just that flies get in when people go in the office I know it happens.

Awesome breakfast, and nice clean room. Staff was friendly and helpful! Already booked again. We stayed at Express Inn the weekend before, it was so nasty, trash all under beds, dirty towels, will never stay there again. Best Western gets our money now. Very impressed, we booked last minute, and they called to confirm, then bumped us up to a bigger bed for no extra charge.

The exceptional cleaning of the room, the comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the bed is priceless, I have been in several clean hotels but this despite its appearance outside the facilities are not the most perfect but with your attention of the staff and the cleanliness of the room in addition to the smell was something unique, I have not had that experience in another hotel in terms of the smell very very well. I would stay again for price and cleanliness in addition to being quiet and safe.

I like that this hotel was affordable and they match the reviews. It was very clean. Any hotel we go to I always do my own cleaning. It was refreshing to see that this was just as clean as any other five star hotel. I would definitely be back I just know now I have to bring my own breakfast

I didn't get to get any of the breakfast so I feel like you should accommodate all of your guests. Take an inventory of how many guests you have the night before so you have enough food for everyone. We came in at 8:00 hour and it was nothing left but coffee.

Conveniently located off the highway. Rooms were fine and beds were comfortable. Had a wide range of breakfast foods that were very good. Something for everyone. The lady in charge of it was very nice and helpful.

If you have problem with steps, there is no elevator to the 2nd floor. The AC unit was a little loud. But neither was a big deal to us.

The staff during breakfast was phenomenal! The manager, Brenda, was so friendly and cheery as soon as we walked in and asked us how our stay was and invited us in for breakfast. Then the ladies working the breakfast area were kind and inviting as well! The breakfast bar was fantastic, they had the usual hotel breakfast but also offered warm tortillas to be able to make a breakfast burrito. Their food was delicious as well

It didn’t seem like the cleanest. My son moved the footrest for the chair in front of the tv to play with his toys on it and we noticed there were old fries under it and when my son took his shoes off to play, we noticed how dirty his socks got from walking on the carpet. The shower also had some dirt stains.

We saw a man, walking in the street very late in the evening towards the Inn. My husband and I were concerned about walking from our car to the room. The parking lot was poorly lit. The mattress was crunchy, very uncomfortable. They definitely need new mattresses.

Excellent location. Only 3 minutes from Choctaw Casino. They did not offer a shuttle, however they do provide you with a business card of an individual who will give you a ride, 24/7, to your destination and will also take you back to the hotel, for a very reasonable price. I have never stayed in a smoking room at any hotel that smelled any nicer than the one at this Best Western. I truly don’t know how they do it. All of the staff was exceptionally sweet. We left some items in our room and they were happy to mail them to us, and quickly. Best hotel experience I’ve had in a very long time. Thanks Best Western Markita. You Rock!!!

The parking is a bit lacking if your trying to find a space after about 11pm. So get you a spot early!

Conveniently located, clean, and comfortable. The bed was softer than usual which was nice and there were plenty of pillows. The bathroom included several convenient toiletry items. Great value overall.

There was some dust on the bedside lamp and the headboard had some stains on it.

This hotel was wonderful! The staff was super friendly, rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast was great and they helped facilitate an Uber driver to the Choctaw Casino for us! Highly recommend!

The price was rather high but we realize it was New Years Eve so all hotel prices were high.
