Brittany was amazing! We were at Motel 6 for approximately one month waiting on our house to be ready. It was a stressful time. Brittany made sure we had what we needed and treated us like extended family. At night, James was there to assist with any questions or concerns. Housekeeping was not only impeccable, but these girls were entertaining to say the least. The entire staff and their positive and jovial attitudes was uplifting and much appreciated! We will definitely be recommending THIS Motel 6 to everyone.

The rooms were a bit small, and the pool wasn't available due to being newly remodeled and waiting on inspection. The beds could use new mattresses. They were not horrible, but time to be replacesd. The television was going out in the last room we stayed. I completely forgot to mention the television to the staff. I know it would have been addressed. It was more than likely due to being used a lot! Overall, we enjoyed the stay. I have seen some of the reviews and negative comments. After staying for four weeks at this particular motel with this particular staff, I highly recommend you stay!

Rooms were nice, looks like it was updated recently. Great water pressure in shower and plenty of hot water. Staff was nice!

Rooms are nicely done but the floors are laminate and each room has a desk with a chair. Our neighbor pushed/pulled the chair around for hours! Started about 10pm and finally I called the front desk at 2am and let them know about the noise. They were very apologetic and said they would see what the noise was. Location may consider putting something on the foot of each chair to keep the noise down.

I had a rough night and came into the front desk early needing an early check in. She could see I was tired and needed to rest so she made sure to have a room available for me within 30 min. I was thrilled, she didn't have to do that. Thank you

That you cant use your key to unlock the side doors so Everytime I went out to smoke a cigarette I had to walk all the way to the front

Location and quiet.

I couldn’t stay another night even though I was willing to pay. And I booked it on line. I had to check out at 11 and then check back in at 3. No compassion from staff even though I had no where to go. My truck was in the shop. So I cancelled reservations which cost almost as much as the room. Went to La Quinta and checked in at 11:30 it’s costly but I rather pay for better and great customer service. Staff is rude couldn’t even get a printed receipt of my stay. The manager likes her job so much where she makes her own rules. This never happened to me before my record/ stays speak for itself throughout many states. Being that I travel for a living.

This property is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Particularly like their satellite tv which soars above some other more expense hotel chains.

Would prefer an ice machine on every floor. More of a small inconvenience but certainly not high on my preference list.

Most of the staff here are Pleasant and easy to get along with . Conveniently located to restaurants & shopping.

The manager "Gina" apparently doesn't like her job. And makes it known to the guest!!! If you use a third party for booking. You're not entitled to the regular services...?

Bed and pillows was really comfortable. Wife and I slept well. Easy access and free parking and not a big town about 25k so was quiet as well. Staff very helpful and got us a room closer to entrance so didn't have to walk as far. Great value for the price. Comfort and quiet are nice when on a long trip.

No coffee service in the room and had short toilets. Also need a few more anti slip strips in the shower but had a big shower/tub combo

Exceed our expectations! Check in was fast and friendly. The room was clean and neat. There was vinyl plank flooring which is easier for housekeeping, and you know it is clean unlike carpet which is always sus. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated having four pillows! The check out, like check in, was fast and friendly. The coffee bar offered was good. If you are in the area this motel is your best choice!

The staff went out of their way to make sure that we were able to get in the room and be comfortable

There was nothing that we didn't like it was close to food shopping and had good shows on TV it was quiet the bed was comfy!

Cleaning staff was helpful and respectful. Night shift front desk guy is always super chill. Clean rooms, good pricing, good location for commuting to Denison or Sherman

Vending machines are kinda whack. But there’s literally a gas station 50 steps next door lol
