This place is fantastic, the rooms are very clean, nice and spacious, it’s quiet and peaceful, there’s no homeless or shady people hanging out in the parking lot, there’s lots of grass for my dog. The beds are super comfortable. It’s located next to lots of restaurants, a dollar store, convenience stores and 2 laundromats

Nice clean big king bed, plenty of hot water, couldn't beat it for price. There was not a lot of noise from other occupants. Also there was a nice kitchenette with 2 burners and a full size sink and microwave.

There were some areas on the wall that could use a bit of touchup paint, also the main door needed weatherstripping.

The room I had came with a kitchenette, was very clean and smelled sanitized. Bed was comfortable and location was quiet. Also had a large flat-screen tv. Excellent value for the cost.

Outside looks really run down and neglected. It's a very old facility.
