Lots of wonderful restaurants and good bars! Everything I ate was very tasty! Wide variety of games to play, theater was nice as well! Room was very nice too, with a well lit bathroom and very spacious! Cool that they have things like a bowling alley, several pools and an arcade as well!

For such a nice hotel, there is no microwave in the room which is not convenient considering you have leftovers from the restaurants and you have a fridge so you’d think there’s a way to heat those items but there is not! All staff was extremely wonderful throughout the casino except for a bald man on the security/clean up staff who was very rude at the end of the Halsey concert. He almost ruined the whole mood of the wonderful show with his terrible attitude. Did not appreciate him in the slightest. This other thing isn’t a downfall but a suggestion, I wish they had a golf course or simulator or something along that line, I think it’d be a great addition to the property!

The swim up bar the staff was rude they ignored me and my husband. We sat at bar for a good ten minutes. No one acknowledged us. They were catering to everyone but us. I had to ask are you close They responded we close in 30 min. Still no one asked if we want anything. I had to ask can we still get a drink. The girl still ignoring us. The guy had to tell her to wait on us. We was at the sky pool area. We felt like we wasn't ignored because of the color of our skin. My husband is a dallas sheriff he was so upset about how we was treated. We was there Sunday July 20. All other areas everyone was nice and friendly

The room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The showers were amazing. Starbucks as well as all of the other restaurants are very close. We walked the building and saw there was a movie theater, arcade, and a whole kid friendly section.

We could hear conversations from the neighboring room all night which was annoying. The rooms a very close together which makes privacy a bit challenging. We ate at Krispy chicken & the chicken was not fresh. We took a look at the buffet which was nice however we didn't think it was worth $45. One of the employees fixing food blew her nose and never changed her black gloves.

Loved the amenities.. loved the casino having a choice of going into a non smoking one or a smoking one. The pool is huge and having a swim up bar was amazing! Would love to come back for sure ! Can't say enough about the view from the sky tower balcony room .. it's super nice.. they have alot of games to choose from and many food choices as well.

Only a couple things I would say could use some improvement .. for one the guy fieri restaurant was a pretty big let down.. maybe because the hype behind it all and really wanting to love it but the food was sub Parr at best. And lastly.. we put the do not disturb sign for room service one of the three days we stayed there which they respected and left a note about it but then they never returned any day after that .. maybe it's just something they do. We had to ask front desk for more towels which they gave us of course .. but also ran out of toiletries because of it. So maybe it's something to consider

I thank yall for giving me Comp night. I called to Check on my Reservation that Booking .com made but there wasn't one. Yall were so nice and gave the comp night. So I called my Credit card they had already paid booking. Com on 9/17 /24 $398.14. So I called booking. Com when I seen on my credit card they already. Please help me get my .money back.. they said I didn't cancel but I did call there was no confirmation # there. Please help me. Amen..I can't remember what date I made the Comp night. Please help me. Nit fair. They do this amen. It's on My Pay Pal. I can sent yall everything. I can e mail to yall.

Our casino stay was fabulous as soon as we arrived the bell hop meet us to assist with our baggage Kyle was great! Our room was very inviting and clean stayed on the 14th floor had a good view. The casino was nice actually won a few times. We got to enjoy some pool time at the only adults pool with a live DJ he was awesome!!!! We will definitely plan another visit in the future.

Food choices were okay but could be better.

Nice clean casino and rooms. Plenty of good dinner options. Buffet was pricey, but good.

No casual breakfast options. Ie: only expensive breakfasts available. Even today, eggs and toast should be around $10, not $20. When breakfast costs the same as dinner, something is off. We stayed in the Spa Tower. You have to walk through the Casino with your bags to get to the room. Lastly, no Choctaw Casino souvenir magnets. I have brought this up a few times. You should have Choctaw Casino magnets...not just Oklahoma, Choctaw Nation, and the other few magnets, but a nice "Choctaw Casino" magnet. I like collecting magnets from Casinos I have visited. None for Choctaw Casino. Do have one for Winstar.

Check I took a while. For some reason booking went under wife’s name even though it was my booking account and my PayPal account. They demanded to see her ID. Had to walk a long way back to car to get ID. Showers didn’t have doors and shower head flow was too low. Got cold taking a shower. I precooked and paid for a king room. Was told none were available. They were able to move us to a different tower in order to get a king room

I extended my stay for 2 days,because of weathet,snd had to pay an additional resort fee. Didn't think it was fair and I requested reconsideration.. They refused to wave the second resort fee. I the asked for a food comp instead and was told NO. This does not sit well with me. I'm sorry this happen this way but ......

Already explaind the second resort fee and the inconvenience of the construction.

Smelled nice. Comfy rooms. Buffet was Delicious!!

Had a terrible problem with room payment. I paid when I reserved in October. Was charged again at check in on credit card for room and incidental. As we left I did get an email with bill for $191 charger for room again. Was settled after I got home and people working on it were great. Would be nice to have a comped room so we can come back though.
