Found hairs in bed and bathroom. Breakfast was pretty good; nice selection and the food didn't appear to be the cheapest, most generic brands that could be found. The hotel is older and definitely in need of some renovation; the baseboards and walls at floor very worn; would love to see newer carpet. The staff were great! Nice selection in the hotel store.

The staff was super nice and attentive. If you travel with a pet/Esa/service dog, they are super friendly and have a huge open green-space behind the hotel to walk your fur-baby. They put me in a room very close to the door/area I needed to take my dog out to go potty.

There wasn't much I didn't like except the chair in my room smelled like dog pee...clearly a traveler(s) with an untrained pet...the carpet also suffered from people who don't potty train their animals.

Super friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable. The location is close to several restaurants and stores, including a Walmart. Very convenient if you're going to Lake Texoma or need a stopover before heading further east or south in Texas.

The curtains in our room weren't designed to close completely, and there was a very bright parking lot light right outside our window.

From the beginning, walking in the door I was greeted by the front desk clerk with a smile. It was midnight but she still had a very good attitude and was more than willing to help. The room was clean and very well maintained. Breakfast in the morning was very good with quite a few options. The food was fresh and very tasty.

We have stayed here several times including twice on our last trip. The hotel is consistently a good place for us to stay when traveling north of Texas. To keep rating this is redundant. Lets just say the hotel has been very consistent in what they offer. It is clean, comfortable and a convenient location.

I noticed the breakfast offering have been downsized a bit.

We needed a place for a few hours to rest before continuing on our long road trip. The place was perfect. The check-in was very quick and easy. We were very pleased with the check-in because the last few hotels took forever. When you have been on the road and tired the check-in process is a plus when it goes smoothly! The gentleman working the desk was awesome! The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. There is an I hop within walking distance to the hotel.

Well furnished room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. Never ending big breakfast sausage and scrambled eggs. Nice selection juices. Hotel exterior and interior all new.

Air conditioner was noisy. The shower leaked out all over the bathroom floor. The hotel was 3 stories, one elevator. Parking lot was small, at least around the one entry door. The elevator was slow and when the door was closing scraped and made scratching sounds.

The staff were friendly at check in and the lobby was clean and pleasant looking. The bedding was clean and very comfortable. And, the breakfast was tasty with lots of choices!

The bathroom sink faucet was hard to pull on and was a bit grungy. The light above the shower didn’t work. The bag for the hairdryer seemed dirty with stains. Also, the headboard seemed to have an oily spot from a head that leaned against it above the pillows.

The location was perfect for our purpose. This facility was very accommodating to our needs. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable.

I needed to do some laundry and they didn’t have any quarters. I had to find a bank which fortunately was easy to do.

Sabrina is an excellent host. She is personable, knowledgeable, and attentive to our requests. In my humble opinion, she richly deserves a raise in pay.

Bathroom was fine but had no hanging hooks to hang wet towels for drying.
