First , I have a little hard time walking , and the front lady actually came out to meet us at the side door and helped us to our room and made sure we were ok ! The rooms were very nice and updated and clean !! Staff were very friendly and just feel very comfy there . This is like our 4th time staying there .

If you come in late at night ,the parking is most likely going to be full... but again the staff told us we could bring our truck up to the front and park it under the front awning ! NOW that's was nice !! And one last thing... I sware its just a little thing but the toilets in the rooms we had are so short ! OMG ! I felt like I was sitting down on a kids toilet lol. And if you have bad knees, you may need help up! But I still dont care this IS our go to hotel !! So thank you !!

The breakfast was awesome. There is a variety to choose from, everything was fresh, the ladies were amazing... they kept the place spotless and upon requests of anything we needed we received pronto without any delay or negative attitudes. Our only regret was we did not have any cash to leave a tip for them. The rooms were large, spacious and comfortable beds, spotless bathroom, enjoy the hot and soft water, great flushing toilet, room was already cooled with the AC on and even though we did not have time to enjoy it, the pool was open and clean. We paid double to stay here than the other Quality Inn in Gainesville which was a motel on Thursday due to a last minute reservation and Friday night Memorial Day weekend which was fine....it was worth it. There were also a lot of guests staying at this location but it was quiet at night, no disturbances even with all the children that were here! We definitely plan to stay at this particular Quality Inn in our future visits to Choctaw casino. Also, this is a Quality Inn hotel not motel. It's a tremendous difference!

Upon arrival we were skeptic because the windows were streaked with dirt and cloudy until we realize it was from the outside not the inside of the facility which is understandable after the storms. The only negative thing was inside the lobby it was a musty smell about probably from the carpet being trampled with water or something and had dried causing the odor. We are not being overly negative. I'm quite sure future quests would appreciate our honesty. Other than this, we absolutely loved this Quality Inn.

My coffee maker did not have the correct piece for the water to flow Thank goodness I think her name was Mellissa at the front desk tried her best even went above and beyond call her supervisor at another location she came and and didn’t have one . So I asked the gentleman that was checking in if he drank coffee he said no . So I said my I use yours he said sure so it all worked out Where coming again in October I sure hope that there’s a coffee maker thst has the correct pieces to them Thank you

Not impressed with options,coffee was good which is most important.

Whenever the people above us were walking around, it sounded like they were going to go through the ceiling and they were not stomping, they were just walking .The rooms need some Tl. C. Maybe some touch of paint or some trim reattached just little things that would make it look better. The mattress was super comfortable

The staff were very accommodating. We needed something on the ground floor, and they found us a room.

The refrigerator was leaking something that caused a nauseating, moldy odor. It was very rundown and outdated. 3 towels for 5 people for 2 nights, and they acted offended when we asked for more. 2 floors and no elevator. There were people gambling at the pool. The room was narrow. The couch was old and ratty looking. I would not stay there again.

staff was very helpful and asked if they could help with anything numerous times. brought extra supplies as we needed. dining area cleaned often and food was good.

parking spots small, seemed like employees parked by building when in my opinion should have parked in spots away so visitors could access building easier. key pad for west door didn't work by handicap parking, so had to walk around to front door to get inside. smoking was allowed next to entrance, had to walk through employees smoking to enter front doorway. carpet was very stained and seemed dirty even after vacuuming. phone handset in room didn't work.

Staff, location, value

First room didn't have a remote for the tv, staff tried to fix by replacing the remote without success, so they moved us to another room, the staff showed me me it was working, after we returned from the wedding, that tv / remote quit working. So we just we t to sleep

Comfortable bed, room was clean, and check in was quick and easy. Enjoyed breakfast the next morning, tho not a lot of choices for a diabetic.

There were no washcloths or handtowels. The person above us must have been a heavy person. Every step they took was a stomp and it went on for an hour. Then started again at 3am!

I did like the staff they were really nice..

The only thing I'd I was told locals cannot rent the room due to other locals destroying the rooms.i was celebrating my birthday I have respect for all motels.id like to get another room if possible in the future

nice staff didn't eat the location was great the room comfortable but restroom needs bright 💡 lighting and would've been great if we didn't have to take stairs to get to our room but the nice staff lady that checked us in let us know the closest area to take and it was built before the regulations was put in to require elevators.
