Breakfast was very good, the place was clean and it was in a great location. Checking in was great and the staff was helpful and courteous. We were there during a snow storm and the rooms were very warm.

The pillows seemed a little too flat. The charger station between the bed were broken and it made us need to charge our phones across the room, not too bad but not ideal.

The breakfast was great. I liked the variety of dishes. The food was tasty and filling.

The microwave oven wasn’t operational. I was awaken by noisy neighbors at 3:00 am. who were changing the contents of their suitcases to other suitcases.

Room & all areas were very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Check-in was easy & our check-in person was helpful & friendly.

Address makes it a little difficult to find in the dark.

Due to bad road conditions, I had to stay in McKinney two extra nights. It was very cold outside, but I felt right at home. A special shout out to the young lady who did the breakfast bar. Very neat and clean and, like everyone else there, so friendly and helpful

The pool area was great. My boys liked the breakfast. Overall, it was a good stay

I was told there were no queen suite rooms available. Not sure if there none at this location. I really need a room with a pull out bed in addition to two queens

No bathroom cups and sink facet very slow running water and took a while to get hot water.
