The staff were wonderful - very helpful when my college age son arrived before us and needed to be checked in. The rooms were clean and renovated, and had everything we needed - including fridges and a coffee maker (with tea!) Especially with breakfast included, this hotel gave good value.

Renovations are still underway - but I'd urge folks not to let that stop them from staying here. They're almost done, and very nicely too.

Loved the bed! Very comfortable and the room was extremely clean. Breakfast was basic but it worked. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will stay here again for sure if I am in the area.

Nothing really. Everything was great. The only thing I can think of is having complimentary bottles of water in the rooms would have been nice. Oh yes... and the elevator was quite slow but other than that, nothing else.

It was a fairly new hotel and the ameneties were nice. I made good use of the fitness room as well as the free breakfast. Breakfast was very good. I liked the choices of entrees and the various drinks available. The fitness room is an okay size. The treadmill was out of order, but they have an eliptical to substitute. The room sizes are pretty good. There is a microwave and fridge in rooms, with shampoo, conditioner and lotion available if needed in the restroom. I loved the mirror that served as a cover for the closet. Room service staff was quite kind and helpful.

There wasn't anything negative about my time there.

Hotel was clean, well maintained, and properly staffed. It was in a good location, very close to the freeway and many restaurants and services. The front desk staff members were outstanding.

Of nine days, housekeeping only came twice. I did not expect daily clean towels and sheets, but did expect the bed would be made, trash collected, and toiletries restored. Toiletries were never replaced, and trash was not collected.

The size of the suite was great. The bed was comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Great coffee makers in the room

The condition of the suite could be improved. There were cracked tiles in the bathroom. The sink drained slowly.

This hotel is very comfortable, clean, and affordable will definitely stay here again.

On my last stay it was under construction so i got confused on where things were that got moved around but the staff was nice enough to move my room so it was further from the people working so it wouldn’t be as loud.

It was good but the staff starting cleaning it up a little before the cut off time and there was not a lot left

I had booked my reservation thru Booking.com. When I arrived the reservation was incorrect and the staff was rude about it. I had the confirmation number and the booking info and she did not care. She charged me extra for the room that was not showing up on her system. Luckily when I let Booking.com know they fully reimbursed me for the room and did an amazing job of making it right for us whereas the employee of the hotel was rude and very unhelpful.

I liked the warm welcoming, My GPS was dragging, so I called the location and spoke with a guy and he led me to the hotel. The room was clean and also the area outside. I will definitely stay there again when I visit Dallas.

This property was nice! It was very clean and had free breakfast that would vary from day to day! It was quiet and nice! Very friendly staff!

Nice clean rooms, clean bathrooms, and their breakfast had a good selection.

Lots of construction going on and there was only one entrance/exit. Other than that the property was great.
