I stayed for 6 nights and the room being a suite made itmore comfortable, sofa and work area very nice, bathroom very nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The continental breakfast was typical, pastries and doughnuts are generally unhealthy so serve good ones instead of what was there, bagels were not good, why not provide better ones? I skipped the breakfast boofay and went to Starbucks instead for better coffee and bagels. Also one morning I went to boofay to grab a banana (for my Starbucks bagel) at 9:40am but the boofay was closed - the hotel advertises that it is open to 10am. In retrospect I should have insisted that a staff member go back and get a banana for me. This may sound petty but it isn't. Even if no one is at the buffet the closing time should still be adhered to in case a customer, like myself, wants a late breakfast.

Customer service by front desk & cleaning service was great. Handled any issues we had & were very friendly. The property was clean & being restored. There was shopping (clothes & grocery) & restaurants in walkable distance. There was plenty of parking & easy to get Ubers. The room had a frig, microwave, coffee maker, & hair dryer, comfy beds, & pool.

The room looked partly cleaned. Mainly the glass in the room. Spots on glass that looked like someone was using the room desk divider as a target for spit wads. The ice bucket looked like it had mold in it. Wasn’t pretty, didn’t us. Also felt the breakfasts were too short of hours.

The size of the room was fantastic. Didn't feel like we were all on top of each other. It was very quiet. I really enjoyed the room.

The bathroom. The bathroom door. Even though it is frosted when someone goes to the bathroom in the middle of the night, the light shines in the people in beds faces.

The property is maintained very well. From the moment I pulled up to valet park I was greeted with a smile and information about the property. The check in process was very smooth. My room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable I wanted to stay an extra day. This will be my go to property whenever I’m back in Texas.

Breakfast was far above the standard free breakfast! The mini egg bites were amazing. Our room was clean, spacious and best of all the air was perfect!!! You could actually get cool in the room!! I would recommend staying here despite a price difference.

Had trouble checking out with Karmel he kept telling me my CC was declined. I called CC company and it was fine. It was obviously a problem on their end and he made me wait while he waited on another customer instead of completing my transaction first. Very frustrating.

having extra room to move around did not feel like we were on top of each other. Lots of space.

bathroom door allows light to shine in face of people asleep due to being frosted and not solid. also there is no safe to lock up belongings.

The room was big, had a sofa and a large closet to put bags and hang clothes, etc. the beds were extra comfortable and everything was extremely clean.

The fridge did not have a freezer compartment and cycled off. Kept it going for the whole time because we were 6 hrs trip and had ti keep items cold.

Loved the pillows and the bed! Felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Loved the modern set up and the updated shower.

Elevators had a bad smell amd no circulation. Coffee was in the lobby but ONLY fresh and MADE except breakfast. Could not get the refrigerator to stay could for more than 2 hours.

The room was very spacious and laid out very nicely. Everything was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast had great options. The staff was super friendly everytime I interacted with them.
