There was a really nice weekend front desk lady I unfortunately forgot her name but she even worked extra on Sunday. She said she was originally from missippi she wasSuper sweet and friendly, also lashawnda who worked in the kitchen was extra sweet and offerd my daughter a gluten free muffin and both ladies always wore a smile and said kind words and went above and beyond. They both deserve a raise!! They made my stay enjoyable. Loved that the pool was always open. Breakfast was amazing and are room was nice and tidy

I loved the location, the friendliness of the employees and the breakfast was also good and satisfying. The cleanliness of the facility was refreshing. I would visit again and highly recommend Townplace to my friends and family.

Breakfast was good. Lots of variety and good quality. Texas shaped Belgian style Waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, oatmeal with several condiments, cereal, bagels or English Muffins. Coffee and a variety of juices.

Nothing the hotel was at fault for. Fire suppression sprinkler system had frozen pipes resulting in the fire alarm going off for about an hour, fortunately well before bedtime. Fire department showed to shut it off and the staff were up late, I'm sure, getting water siphoned out and mopped up in the rear exit hall and housekeeping area. My nephew (a fireman) told me at our Christmas gathering they themselves were up all night moving from hotel to apartment to business shutting off fire alarms and pumping water. Texas just isn't ready for 9 degrees!

Great location. Room was really nice and roomy. The closet was pretty big. It was like a studio apartment almost. Enjoyed how quiet it was.

Could hear people in the floor above us walking around. Had to reset the tv to get streaming service to work. It rained during the night and water was around a/c unit in our room when we woke up.

Location in McKinney was good for our family trip. The staff was really nice and helpful. We were attending a wedding and the staff was very accommodating

The property was not really clean. Our room and bathroom wasn’t to Bonvoy standard

Room lights over desk did not work. Weird floor plan for closet creates door collision issues. Outlets on both sides of the bed were so loose that phone chargers were useless. Pillows look fine, but fall flat when you lay on them.

Tub needs non skid something for the floor. My husband slipped in the tub and bruised his rib cage area.

Aretha and Joy did a great job of taking care of us. The hotel was overbooked, so the room we had booked was not available. But Aretha let me tour two different rooms to see which one would work better for us. In spite of the mix-up, we were still taken care of. Highly recommended.

The building was under construction, so there was a little construction dust and some boxes of baseboards laying along one wall. But it was still quiet with no construction noise and the elevators were brand new and updated.

The staff was super nice. The rom was big and clean. My only gripes is that I feel like bedding for the couch should already be in the room. The breakfast was also not very good. It didn’t have very many items and seemed more like an after thought. I would still stay here again.
