The hotel and room decor was very nice and comfortable. The room (King) was spacious with fridge, K cup coffee and microwave. Parking was readily available in a short walk. The lobby was modern and busy..

Breakfast, which was included in the room rate, was a bit of a disaster. I try not to expect much, but this one seemed promising with hot items like eggs and meats and potatoes. They were completely empty with lots of people milling about trying to make waffles or bagels. There was also no coffee or hot water in the self-serve area.

Breakfast,clean room

In advance requested lowest floor.Checked in right at 3:00,3rd floor.Wife will not ride elevator,so long way up.Room was nice,beds way too high.Don't know if you have lower,but we're a little older so heaving ourselves on bed a little difficult!!

Excellent location, clean and modern facility. There was a little mix up with my reservation (made by a 3rd party) and the desk clerk was wonderful to accommodate us anyway! We had to leave very early, so we didn't experience breakfast.

A quick overnight, and the location was perfect. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good as well.

A little surprised that there was a charge for breakfast, but the cost of the room was very reasonable, so that wasn't a biggie.

This hotel was awesome! The best hotel I’ve stayed at in Mckinney. They had a heated pool, a bar with the sports on. Breakfast kids eat free. The room was very clean and had lots of shelves and drawers to store everything. No hot tub, no dogs allowed.

Allow dogs. Add a hot tub, make breakfast free.

The rooms were nice and clean. The location wasn’t too bad either. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I feel like with the prices of the rooms breakfast should be included. I’ve been to cheaper motels that offer breakfast for free z

The customer service was excellent the hotel was nice and clean and did not disappoint.

First room was flooded by the AC unit but was helped immediately and changed room.

They do charge for breakfast and it isn’t included in the basic cost, but the buffet is very good.

Location, cleanliness

Had problems at checkin because of our debit cards and the deposit even though our room was already paid for. She said the charges were denied yet later we looked at our bank account and we were charged.

The location was central but a block off the highway which was excellent!

Did not eat downstairs as it was pay per person and both mornings there was a long wait.
