The location was great only 12 minutes away from the location.

There ladies were the only friendly ones at the front desk. The guys NEVER said good morning. Customer service is everything. Went to the front desk to get a wash cloth: the desk agent asked me Why? Literally had to say so my husband can take a shower. I didn't get room service because the housekeeper didn't understand English. It wasn't a big deal then last but not least they had to send someone to come fix the refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was good but you need a variety of breakfast meat,Add Bacon to the menu and the drain in the shower had a little rust around it.

The breakfast had a nice variety of food options. Beds were comfortable. Room had a lot of space and was clean.

The breakfast buffet didn’t offer almond milk or other options for guests who are dairy free or have dairy allergies. It also would have been nice for the breakfast time to go until 10 instead of 9.

The location was great for me. Close to so many things, yet my stay was nice and quiet.

Nothing against this hotel, I just am sensitive to mold. The room AC units don’t handle the high humidity very well.

The rooms were very quiet, they had a great supply of vending foods to choose from and the check in was very quick. Breakfast was great.

The clock was broken and couldn't figure out how to use TV. There were no instructions as to any operation for TV.

One side of the bed was worn out I reported it to the desk clerk upon leaving when I walked up to check in the clerk took a phone call. Instead of putting g them I On hold I waited over 30 minutes while he took reservations from them for multiple days. I was getting irritated. He did apologize for the wait

It was minutes from downtown and a mile from the hwy

Walls are too thin, we got in around 2am due to delayed flights and at 5am our neighbors with small kids were up screaming open and closing the door and running in the hallway, mom yelling and we can hear full conversations.

My 97 year old mom was with me. They did everything possible to help her feel comfortable and help us to feel comfortable. Very very clean, very friendly!

We were told they are working on an issue invoking handicap rooms. The beds are going to be lowered and they are remodeling the handicapped bathrooms.

It was very luxurious

The amount of crickets there was they are just so tempting to step on and there was so many but anytime I would step on one my girlfriend would get mad at me for killing them. So it was kinda a win lose situation in this case. Kinda stunk bc I kept getting in trouble.

Room was big had refrigerator and microwave and coffee maker, clean, bed was alittle hard and water pressure low, breakfast was good

I visit this area several times a year, and this location works out great. Even with major intersections so close, it’s always nice and quiet.
