Breakfast was OK. Standard faire with nothing interesting. Table service non-existent. Price was right, though. Staff friendly and helpful. Room comfortable.

Outlets on the bedside lamps didn't work. I had to pull out the bedside table and use the wall outlet for my chargers and CPAP machine. Good thing I brought a power strip along. I had asked for a handicapped room, but there wasn't one available. But the room they gave me was just about as far from the elevators as it could be. Since I have trouble walking long distances (especially with luggage) that location was not ideal. I'll be more specific about my requirements next time.

The property was super nice and clean with lots of parking spaces. You don’t have to pay for parking if you don’t want to because there’s a free parking garage within the area. The hotel was located with shopping and restaurants and bars surrounding it and things to do like Top Golf and Cabela’s, Target and so much more so you really don’t have to get in your car and drive! Super convenient located!!

loved everything including my balcony king room, breakfast buffet, and amenities. my daughter loved the in door pool and being literally right next to the rink for her figure skating. My only complaint (which is a totally me thing) I wish the pool was hotter but I'm also a wussy. kids loved it!!!

It is a very clean and comfortable hotel. The temperature in the entire hotel was great since it has been very hot and humid in Texas.

The breakfast buffet was not very good at all. The eggs were powdered eggs just like the eggs they gave me in elementary school when I was a kid. I definitely wouldn’t pay the extra for the breakfast since there are so many better options so close by.

The rooms were very clean and tidy, the toiletries were wonderful. I loved the TV being personolized with our name on it. We had a little balcony to sit on in the morning and it was very close to alot of things.

Room could have been a bit bigger but was no problem for just the two of us.

Bed was very comfortable. Clean.

Only 2 downsides-1. went to get a coffee in the evening-the coffee shop was closed even though it’s part of the bar 2. says there’s a restaurant-it’s not a place to sit down and order food. even though the food is better than the average continental breakfast-it’s misleading at best. I will say the fruit was the best!

The hotel was very nice and clean, great location but a little far for where we were needing to be. It was still a great place with a lot of shops and eats around as well. I really loved the free parking garage, coming from a small city and visiting a big one that's always a plus.

Didn’t like the third party parking app. I had an issue and emailed them with no reply. That’s just bad business.

The friendly staff, cleanliness , safe area, plenty of entertainment nearby.

The batteries to the tv were low . Took several attempts to get the tv volume higher.

The staff was amazing. Upon arrival we were greeted by an area manager named Freddie. He got us checked in and gave us recommendations for shopping, eating and entertainment!!! He is truly an asset to your company!!
