I appreciated the toothpaste as I forgot mine. Breakfast-Loved the small apples. Would have enjoyed more healthy less processed options. The coffee was great. The gentleman who was cleaning the facility (I wish I had his name was very good. He was so gracious and took pride in his work.

The matress needed to be replaced. I wanted to sign up for your member service but I asked too late and couldn’t get credit for my stay. The woman tried to help me but wasn’t sure if it would go through. As of yet I haven’t been notified. Seems like you missed an opportunity for repeat customer.

My significant other and I enjoyed our stay and loved the space within the room and it was on the first floor!

The only bad part was I attempted several times to call the front desk and I receive no answer, so if Holiday Inn can make sure someone is present 24/7 to answer the phone that would be great! Also it would be great if you can extend the breakfast hours to 6am-10:30am because my significant other and I woke up at 9:30am which is the time breakfast is over and it was unfortunate we were not able to partake in the free breakfast.

The breakfast was good, but was the same menu every day. The young lady working the front desk in the evenings while we were there was fantastic....great personality, friendly, and you could tell she loved her job. Went out of her way to do whatever to make the stay more enjoyable. All of the staff was nice and friendly. We liked the location...off the freeway a bit but close to everything.

Location close to where we were going. Beds were super comfy.

They had a power outage earlier that day so the light outside the property were not working. The parking lot was very dark. A lot of guests were inquiring on the parking lot being dark. The desk clerk seemed overwhelmed by the guests asking so she seemed to be short with the guests. She was not very friendly.

the location was great not far from stores, the staff were friendly and helpful, gym was clean and work effectively, elevator was clean, housekeeping did a great job, and room was comfortable and spacey

I didn’t really like the breakfast but the turkey sausages made my stomach hurt and the pancake machine made little pancakes everything else was great except apple juice how can apple juice taste flat?

We stayed in a very spacious King room which was light and airy feeling with a nice view.. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was very clean. We appreciate the provided Dove hair and body products. Breakfast and coffee were hot and enjoyable in the pleasantly adorned dining area..The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was a suspicious knocking noise coming from the wall with the thermostat intermittently while sleeping. Not sure if it was the thermostat or possibly a pipe in the wall. Kind of annoying just tried to ignore it. The light over the chaise lounge didn't work.

The hotel looked and felt new. It looked clean and the staff who checked us in (Melissa) was excellent and very welcoming. The staff who checked us out, cant remember his name was also excellent. When we checked in, it seemed like there was a stain on one of the comforters, wasnt sure if it was from the iron or something that was placed on the comforter but Melissa changed the comforter with lightening speed and offered to switch our room.

The wifi was terrible. The shower was pretty small (wheelchair accessible room) and water splashed around quite a bit. I think better shower curtains can be installed to prevent the splashing of water.

The room was comfortable, the staff was positive and helpful, and the breakfast was the best free breakfast of any hotel we've been at.

Our room was on the side that was close to the freeway and we could hear traffic noise. We were able to run the AC and that helped drown out the noise.

When we got to our room, it had not been cleaned and this was 5 in the afternoon. The girl at the front desk was so apologetic and gave us a different room. Later we went to get some pop at the front desk and she paid for it. The entire staff were so kind and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

I had no idea that there were so many eateries within walking distance of the hotel. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. Every single morning there was a hot continental breakfast waiting for us to enjoy before going to class. The staff was welcoming and on the job constantly. I simply can't wait to return. We stayed in a suite and it was beyond comfortable. If I'd of takin my sister who was in a wheelchair, she would've loved it because without requesting an accessible room, there are support bars in the bathroom in the shower, and the doors are wide enough to accommodate wide wheelchairs. That I had to get out of that bed. It was clean, it smelled so good, and it was utterly COMFORTABLE!!!
