The night clerk was above and beyond. I am disabled, and he actually brought my dinner up to me, which was such a kindness, and actually that young man is responsible for 50% of the rating I’m giving you.

I try to avoid powdered eggs. The coffee was meh, the sausage was greasy, and you really need a second waffle maker. Also, a bedside lamp needed a new bulb or rewiring. And on that note, the coffee kit should be plugged in- I should not have to check it’s plugged in, find out it isn’t, and move it to a plug so it could be used. You also need the book with the local attractions and restaurants that deliver just information every guest needs like what are the pool hours? What are the gym hours? Honestly, I was surprised not to be able to find it. Also, a TV guide would be nice!

Breakfast was good.stayed in this hotel because my dad was in the hospital for surgery and was only 8 minutes from medical city hospital.

Down the hall from my room had a barking dog.kinda hard to rest after being up 2 days taking care of my 86 year old daddy ,who was really bad sick.

The manager, Dustin, went above and beyond his normal responsibilities by personally delivering a renewed room key card to the third floor when my card was prematurely deactivated. That earned my personal 5 stars right there!

The bathtub was so small and shallow, it was crazy! The tub was fit for only kids and small pets. The shower part was fine.

The front desk took us in right away. That was awesome we had three antsy children ready to get rested front desk person was a guy very sweet and said this won't be long that is what I wanted to hear the rooms are just gorgeous make u feel at home very roomy enough room for my family we were well taken care of and because of this I'm going back this is the only hotel that has truly taken care of us

Loved everything pool gate maybe needs to be fixed me and my daughter got stuck

The location was great. The bed and pillows excellent. Friendly staff workers. The view was nice from window.

Breakfast was ok. I cannot have milk products sobthat left me woth few choices to have. Cleanliness was ok. High traffice hotel area.

Neee extra elevators , 1 us not goodNeed more lighting in the room. Need a mirror in the room. Toilet did not flush. Shower wands for handicap people. Shower bench to far away from faucets.. Shower head to far up . Pillows had a sweat order. Uk! Breakfast was cold. Had flies hovering in the room and lobby.

Dustin the manager was great. I stayed here a few months ago and the jetted tub in the room was broken and the pool was shut down. I stayed in the same room this time and it was fixed! Pool was operational and clean too. I will be staying here every time I travel to McKinney. Great experience

We were only there overnight. I was VERY surprised at the sliver of soap provided in the bathroom . At first i thought it was for handwashing but was sadly surprised to find I had to use it for showering as well….REALLY???

The location, the cleanliness, the manager on the morning of Friday Nov. 25 was all very helpful.

I called at about 11pm to be sure that the room was paid for and all was set for the family to check out. I booked the room on the phone with my credit card, for friends and wanted to be sure THEY were not charged. The gals that talked with me on Thursday, Nov. 24 told me that I must come physically to the hotel and show them my card, in order to pay. This ended up NOT being true, and caused much inconvenience to get there from some distance, the next morning.

Clean beautiful facility, good hot breakfast. Staff polite & answered all our questions promptly.

I felt that $50 per dog (we had 2) was excessive, since they caused no problems. I felt we were paying for problems other earlier guests' pets made.
