Based on reviews I read After booking, I was expecting a mess. However. The Lobby was very clean. My room was clean and comfortable. The price and location were excellent for me. Plenty of parking, not too crowded.

Currently being renovated. I did not like that anyone could come inside facility at anytime. I’m used to having to use a key card to enter building especially overnight. However, staff was very attentive to doors. New towels are needed, I’m sure those will appear once renovations are complete.

Enjoyed our stay. Came for the Eclipse and couldn't have had a better location to watch it. Your facility was clean, and your staff was very friendly and helpful. The room served us very well. The breakfast was delicious, well prepared and presented. Your staff kept the dining area clean and food copious.

You have a beautiful pool area, but it is in need of corrosion control. The bathroom is especially in need of care. The broken lock on the door made for a rather embarrassing experience between another guest and me. Please let it shine to its full potential. Also, the fitness room should either be locked and out of service or fix the equipment. As it is it is dangerous.

They are going through a renovation process. I stayed here in November, and it looked a bit warn out, but the updates a wonderful. It looks beautiful again. They are still working on the laundry room and pool, but everything else seemed updated. Oh and they have turkey sausage for breakfast which was a win for me since I dont eat pork.

Breakfast is excellent - plenty of choices and coffee and fresh fruit available. Something for everyone in the family. The indoor pool is great! We get to splash around even when the weather was cold outside. The room size is great so we could all fit in and the facility is great too.

Nothing much. This is a 5/5 value hotel. I'll come back everytime when I'm in Dallas. Can't ask for more!

Location was quick to most restaurants and activities. Sheets were some of the softest I've ever slept on. I appreciated the fact there wasn't a weird hallway or room odor and housekeeping was very helpful and prompt. Also, the fridge kept leftovers good for the next day.

The a/c felt humid most days when we entered the room.

It was close to everywhere we wanted to go. It was quiet. Clean. And off the expressway.

I feel like my bill should have been explained better. I checked in and he took my card mentioning a $50 fee and it would be refundable. I didn't realize he took the amount plus the $50 when we signed in. I assumed it was charged when we left. That's the only thing I would have changed, is having it explained better.

We lovedtl the size of the room, the full length mirror, the large desk, plenty of towels, the bed was nice, and the room had the multiple lights around the room that aren't all connected.

It would have been nice to a bedside table on both sides of the bed..but I was able to place a chair there to keep my phone and drink on. It also would have been nice to have a place to plug in usb cables.

The room was nice and clean. And it was accommodating. I loved the gym. It was perfect for what I needed.

The pool was mediocre. It wasn't very clean. There were used bandaids and hair around the jacuzzi. Unfortunately we only used it once because of it.

Staff was great! Location was great! Breakfast was good. Room was ready when we got there and check in was quick.

I prefer to have housekeeping to check the room every day and replenish towels and toiletries and empty trash in room. I don’t feel they need to make the bed daily or do a thorough cleaning but small stuff would be appreciated. I know some people want everyone to stay out of the room until they check out but I disagree.
