There was no breakfast at the Plano Echo Suites location, but I appreciated that the manager addressed my concerns once she understood what I needed. I was very happy with my stay. I have stayed at this Echo Suites twice before this visit. I will be returning in April for my next doctor's appointment and will be staying at Echo Suites again.

I loved the price and quality that I received and I love how there was no deposit hold. I always get a air bnb or stay with family for that reason alone

Everything was great the only thing I would suggest is more then one bar soap in the restroom and complementary small bottle of shampoo and conditioner in case someone traveling forgets to bring theirs.

Good price point. New. Clean. Friendly staff.

Energy efficient. Lights and AC constantly shutting off with no way to override. Maybe a little too affordable so attracts a certain crowd.
