Note to Sandman S.; Let’s give them something to talk about- How about ❤️ Why do I love love the Sandman Signature Resort Hotel; Because every staff member exudes an intellectual ability to read one’s mind- by offering the perfect room, an amazing ambiance and the vivid fresh decor- the mainstay and the signature of this exceptional resort hotel. Coupled with the fact that although I am setting the bar extremely high for my customer expectations for good reason- because my initial career choice meant that in the past, I too worked at a “star”-studded hotel which allowed me to briefly meet the likes of the influential vernacular of The “Perry Mason” - Mr. Raymond Burr and my travels also meant that I was complimented by Bill Murray and subsequently noticed by his eagle-eye partner -Tiger Woods at celebrity golf at Pebble Beach. So to the keen owner of the Sandman Signature Resort Hotel, it should be duly noted that you treat your guest like stars, in “Orion” terms- an out of this world exceptional experience.😘

Initially, upon entering the lobby area, it seemed like one as entered a wormhole portal ( a hypothetical point between space and time). The disposition and diversity of the two clerks presented with ergonomic correct postures and an ability to read one’s mind- by offering the perfect room, an amazing ambiance, the room offered silverware that Chef Ramsey would be proud of. Not to mention upon entering the room, to say the least it was captivating including the beautiful four white polar bear like pillows, not one by two Televisions, high ceilings, a sliding “Star Trek” like sliding bedroom door was an added touch, thusly all in all the whole stay was quite frankly a little too perfect, in effect “ an out of this world exceptional experience.

The room was clean and comfortable. I ended up staying overnight due to bad weather affecting air travel, and a coworker recommended it. The night time desk agent was very nice and accommodating.

I got in very late, after midnight, and I had poor sleep just because I was traveling various timezones. I had about 4.5 hours solid sleep. It was annoying that housekeeping was knocking on my door around 8 AM asking when I was checking out. I have never had that experience at any hotel, and I did not appreciate it. Frankly, I shouldn't be getting knocks from housekeeping several hours before check out at all. And that was it, I was awake for the rest of the day. I understand people are trying to do their job, but the business model of hotels is to be a place to rest. At the very least, please wait until the posted check out time to knock on doors. I will likely avoid staying here again because this event made me feel unwelcomed and rushed.

There was nothing we did not like. I've stayed here twice now and it's the cleanest, friendliest, secured hotel. I have traveled to 14 states and THIS hotel was the best!! We even met the Dallas Star Hockey player and coaches because this is their hotel!

My one and ONLY complaint was that there were a heard of 10 year old boys running a muck. Had the pool from 6 to 11 (close) and no one could be in there with them. They were so rowdy and they took up the entire space and hottub and the outdoor space (had to have been 15 to 18 kids) so my son and I didn't get to use it. And they were right above our room running, stomping, screaming. Took over the dining areas and lobby. And the mom's were busy drinking But again my only complaint

All the staff is so nice, prime location, loved the bathtub and shower, great coffee/cappuccino bar.

Very Musky smell in the room. We almost asked to change rooms but wanted to stay on the first floor. No hotel rooms should have carpet. Saw big roach in the bathroom (on wall near ceiling) the day we were leaving.

I loved how clean the suite was and how the stocked the room was with kitchen necessities. The bed was comfortable and I loved how there were 2 TVs in the room. One for the living room did well for the boys to watch sports and the one in the bedroom was great for having a toddler.

I did not like how the breakfast worked. It was $15 per person (even my 1.5 yr old...) and the breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast you'd find at other hotels... You had to walk to the attached restaurant where they had tables setup with the buffet style breakfast. Just not what we expected. But overall our stay was excellent.

Sandman Signature Plano Frisco Texas Hotel 8451 Parkwood Boulevard, Plano TX 75024 Check- In: February 22nd, 2024. Check-out: February 26, 2024. Recently, my wife and I had the pleasure of a remarkably busy 4 day stay at the Sandman Signature Plano-Frisco Hotel. The enjoyment of our busy stay was the pleasure of feeling at home, which was contributed to by a sensitive, cooperative, staff that we found to be equipped, happy, caring, and energetic. From the hotel manager to all the auxiliary staff that we encountered the entire team made us feel like family. During our stay at the Sandman Signature, we encountered a stellar staff that caused us to feel that every staff person we encountered was our family and invested in our stay being a successful and fulfilling one to us. We encountered an A+ fleet of superstar staffers who hugely impressed us with their commitment to the success and enjoyment of our stay. Teamwork does not have an I in it, and such was our reality during our recent stay at the Sandman Signature Hotel Plano-Frisco. We found ourselves in awe of the collaboration, effectiveness, thoughtfulness, professionalism, of your capable, and sensitive staff. Special recognition to Mr. David Andrews the general manager, including Mr. Brain Corwin, Lady Kimberly Wolfe, Lady Alicia, Mr. Zack, Mr. Daniel, Mr. Thom King, Mr. Jordan, and Lady Elisa, for our gracious, focused stellar guest services experience. The exceptional service that we encountered seldom happens in a vacuum we also need to acknowledge and show appreciation to our Ladies in the office behind the scenes “sales” Lady Shanna Fields, Lady Karima Lee, and Lady Sherri Ray for their assistance in getting the hotel on our Church’s list of viable nearby accommodations. My wife and I thank each of you individually and collectively, Thank You Team Sandman Signature Plano-Frisco for making us feel at home. We are looking forward to seeing everyone soon, as we celebrate Easter. We Love You All the Thompson

The staff was wonderful! Attentive and polite and they went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay! The pool area was kept warm, the water heated and the hot tub was great. It was clean and well-maintained. The room was clean and comfortable. Lighting in the main parts of the room was great! Much better than average.

This hotel does not have complementary breakfast options and they do not have enough shampoo, conditioner, or lotion in the room as they still use tiny bottles instead of the full-size wall-mounted bottles that most hotels do. The bathroom lighting was not great and the bathroom was tiny.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. I love that you have to have a room key to access any of the hotel floors and everything was so clean plus check out being at 12 was a huge selling point for me!

Nothing at all they were clean, friendly, accommodating, and the room was not only very nice but very very clean and it smelt good when I walked in.

Everything! This was a 4 night get away with my best friend and we LOVED the hotel. I’ve stayed in other hotels of this quality that were more than twice the price so it’s a great value. Highly recommend. Location: perfectly located for a visit to Plano, Frisco, McKinney area right off Hwy 121/Tollway so it’s a super quick drive to nearby cities, shopping and restaurants. Within walking distance, there is a large gas station/convenience store. Room: Roomy, very clean, updated and contemporary, super comfortable beds with wonderful bedding, large bathroom with large shower and tub, lots of storage, bathrobes, nice sized mini-fridge. Killer AC (we slept like babies)-it does automatically adjust higher when it senses you aren’t there during the day, but quickly cools down once you adjust it upon return. We loved the room and comfy beds so much we decided to spend plenty of time watching movies in the room and lazing about. Staff: Very friendly and helpful. Always smiling and saying hello and goodbye as you enter or leave. Parking: Plenty of well-lit spaces available. There are entrances on both side of the hotel so it’s always a short walk from the car to the hotel lobby. Food: There are two restaurants connected to the hotel. Breakfast isn’t included but you can order to-go boxes. There is a tea and coffee area in the lobby as well as lounge area/tv. Microwave also. Unrelated to the hotel, but I’m giving a shout-out to Olive Burger located within walking distance. It’s fast food, but really good. So good that we went twice in 4 days. Mediterranean leaning burgers/gyros/chicken. Great fries. Not healthy.. but yummy! The staff also awesome. They have 4 restaurants only located in the Dallas area. Security: Well-lit parking lots. Always felt safe and never worried about my car. Room key is required to use the elevators. Room doors have standard door lock and latch.

Nothing, but there are a couple things that others may want to know or be prepared for. Pool: Nice sized but it’s indoor so there’s no resort-type feel to this hotel. Toiletries: Though the room is well-stocked and housekeeping can supply most requests, they do not have bubble bath for their awesome tubs. Bring your own or use the shampoo like I did. 😊 Breakfast is not included or buffet all you can eat. Instead order a box to go or eat at one of the many restaurants located nearby.
