The food at the hotel was absolutely delightful—each meal felt like it was crafted with care and full of flavor. From the beautifully presented breakfast spreads to the delicious dinners, everything was fresh, well-seasoned, and satisfying. The variety on the menu catered to all tastes, and it was clear the chefs took pride in their work. Just as impressive was the staff—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made the entire experience feel extra special, creating a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the stay.

Everything was prefect

Location is excellent if you like shopping and close restaurants. Parking is easy. Check-in was quick and painless. Bar super nice and well appointed. Beds are very comfortable.

LIke most hotels, they turn the air UP during the night and gets quite hot. The mattress was super comfortable but the sheets and covers are scratchy. We have stayed here many times and always have a great view north. This time we faced the south and the view is not quite as pleasant.

Got an handicap room with 1 king bed. Staff refused to move us to another room, said Booking.com selected that room for us, and cannot be changed. We were supposed to get: King Room with Accessible Tub - Providing free toiletries, this quadruple room includes a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. The quadruple room provides air conditioning, a tea and coffee maker, a seating area, a wardrobe, as well as a TV with cable channels. The unit offers 2 beds.

Pool was great staff was friendly

We were told check in was at we got there at 4:45 and was told room wasn’t ready it wasn’t ready for another 2 hours good thing the mall was attached to the mall or we would of been stuck with 3 kids and nothing to do. Oh and not to mention there was a hotel party two door a down and we when we told the staff about it around 1 am was told they would look into it and nothing was done about it we heard them till almost 3am

The location was excellent. I was there for a few days alone before my husband arrived and I’ve never felt so safe at a hotel! The staff is overly attentive, which I loved. This place was CLEAN. I’m talking next level clean. All areas were kept immaculate to include the lobby, the downstairs bar and restaurant, hallways, fitness room, and elevators. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and updated. You cannot go wrong staying here, and I would 100% stay here again.

Everything. Location was perfect, the hotel was clean and the staff was amazing. We stayed here for an anniversary staycation and from the moment we walked in, we felt special. The gentleman at the front desk (his name started with a Z, forgive my bad memory) made our stay excellent and was able to give us a room where we requested. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and we almost didn’t want to leave for dinner because of how much we were enjoying the peace and quiet. The location to the mall was very convenient for shopping and local restaurants. After our stay, this will be our go to hotel when we are in town. Well done Hyatt.

If I had to say anything negative it would be that the sheets were so crisp that they made a crinkle sound when you moved. Such a first world problem.

The breakfast and bar service wasn’t great. Waited 45 mins for a simple omelette and had a bad reaction to a bar meal.

Always a great hotel to stay at.

Pay attention to the room assignment. If it's a couple with no kids with them please don't put them in rooms next to families with young kids.
