Everything was clean, orderly and we could hardly hear any outside noise. Also, the location of this property is perfect.

The breakfast served here was quite underwhelming compared to most every other places we’ve stayed. We didn’t expect 5-star dining, but I don’t know that it was much better than not offering it at all. Also, I booked through booking, and apparently there is an issue with either their’s or the hotel’s booking/payment system. I was nearly double-charged for the room until I remembered to go and look at my banking statement, showing that I’d already paid for my stay in full. I know they would’ve made it right, but it still would have been inconvenient having to wait a week or two for my refund/credit. However, the young man working the front desk was very helpful and undertanding in dealing with the matter.

I love the convenience of the location, free breakfast, and parking. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The door for our room was heavy and hard to open. Brought this to the attention of reception area and said they had recently replaced the door and it would be hard to open. This really didn't solve the problem. Noticed that facility is beginning to look worn on furniture in dining room, and other areas of the hotel. In need of updating. Not sure if I will stay again.

Staff -specifically Jenae, were very friendly, professional, and helpful. 10/10 for her. She's excellent. Do whatever you can to keep staff like that!!! Also, texting the guest to ask if the room meets expectations and if theres anything missing: Excellent. **The place was very clean. Exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay, and the room. The ac unit made random noises. The fridge was frozen over so only worked as a cooler. The pool didn't look clean. But, overall, impressed with this hotel and staff!

Clean, welcoming, friendly , pleasant staff. Staff acknowledges you by name , interacted with me on a one on one basis with me each time we met. Hannah, Janae,& Brandon ( the GM) were awesome! Felt like i had knownHannah &Janae all my life . They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. loved the gym,breakfast offered variety of foods, always hot cooked , cocoa, & tea 24 hrs a day. lobby /lounge area nice relaxing.

Our room was very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfy. The breakfast was hot and yummy. The coffee was hot and met my caffeine addiction. LOL. The staff was very friendly and talked with us every time we came in contact with them.

Ya know, I am really trying to think of what I found to be inadequate........and I honestly cannot think of anything, right off hand. Hmmmmmm.....lemme think about it.....I guess it would've been nice if yall had a shuttle.

Traveled for a wedding, the location was great, the beds were more comfortable than any of the previous Hampton stays within the last year. Room had plenty of space and it was clean. Hallway carpet was clean & all looked well cared for. I do not have the lady’s name that checked us out on Sat morn, but she was wonderful & saw right away that we had not be charged correctly for our room & she fixed it immediately.

Not a huge deal -our room did not have a packet of coffee or tea. The sugar & creamer was there. I think house keeping just forgot to restock it.

The room had a great view, very large, very quiet. The bed was super comfortable and the chair with the side table desk was great. The pool was wonderful. The breakfast had different hot items each morning plus several standard cool items, very good.

The mini fridge didn't work properly, which they replaced. Even the second one wasn't super cool - I just lived with it.

My family & I had to check out of our airbnb at almost midnight because there was no water in the home. I hopped online & found this hotel. By the time we got packed up, it was almost 1am. Finally made it to the hotel & the check-in process was seamless. Within 30mins of arriving, my children were in bed & asleep.

Outsite of there only being towel sets for 2 pp, there was nothing that we didn't like

The property is clean and smells good very organized and the staff is friendly and loves to get to know their guest. My son and I felt valued. We had recently adopted a fur baby and she was welcome to be with us during our stay. The staff was so friendly and made us feel like we were home and welcome. We will definitely be returning.

The room was spacious and comfortable. I traveled with my dog, so the location next to the park was great! The hotel was also close to shopping and restaurants, which was convenient.
