Spacious room, comfortable beds, spotless. Better than average hotel fitness room. Everything from registration to the keyless room entry and valet can be handled from your phone. I thought this was great, but if you aren't comfortable with technology this might be an issue. The staff will work with you, so it's not impossible, but "contactless" is definitely Plan A. Refillable water bottles were also a plus.

No onsite restaurant or coffee bar, and none in walking distance. However there were plenty a short drive away.

The room was much nicer than I expected. And they were really kind to provide the things I requested and was really helpful. The staff was nice and was willing to help us in any way they could. Would definitely stay here again.

Have to pay for parking. If it was a low cost it wouldn't be as much of a problem but the cost wasn't really worth it, especially since we're guests at the hotel.

Our reception desk/ reservation host Rudy was amazing! Chewy our bartender for the stay was amazing as well! The lobby is amazing and delicious snacks to satiation those late night cravings! I love that we have access to all the amenities on the property as well!

Our door was hard to open and our shower/toilet door was hard to close. As if they were both rusted.

We loved everything about this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower was excellent. Room was clean. We asked for an extra water bottle and the staff went out of their way to retrieve one from storage. Board games were available for the kids to play. Bikes were available to ride. Parking was easy and accessible at all times. I 100000% recommend staying here to anyone!

There isn't anything we can think of that we didn't like. We have never been so happy with a hotel and staff! We look forward to staying with you again!

The staff was wonderful. They were friendly and accomodating. I was in touch for a bicycle rally and was unable to checkout at the regular time, and they gave me an extra hour to. I will definitely stay there the next time I come to town.

They didn't have a swimming pool on site, but their guests can use use the one at the hotel a few feet down the road.

Great facility, Canopy hotels are always great to stay at. The room was spacious with plenty of storage space for bags. Room was clean and comfortable.

The staff just went through the motions, valet staff especially were hard to find and not very helpful. Bar in common area had very limited operating hours which was inconvenient. Some of the furniture in the room was already chipped, cracked. Nothing major or dangerous, just noticeable.

We didnt realize when we booked that they charged $22 a day for parking. The front desk went above and beyond and did not charge us for the entirety of our stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I booked 2 rooms and both showers could really use an update based on the grout work, shower handles etc.

We arrived Saturday evening and the aroma of the lobby was so refreshing and relaxing. The guy at the desk was courteous, very pleasant and professional. The room was clean and neat. I liked glass cups versus paper for coffee and the Kuerig coffee maker was easy-to-use. Liked the walk-in shower.

We reserved room for two days, I didn't like that there were towels for one day and because we didn't request house keeping we had to call front desk for more towels and more sugar and cream for coffee. Needed a pen and there was none in the room.

I really didn't appreciate paying for parking, especially if I parked myself and did not use or want valet. And a pen and notepad in the room would have been helpful

So clean, sleek, chic, and modern. Bartender made perfect drinks!

No pool onsite, BUT you have access to the pool next door at the residence inn
