I loved everything!!! The staff was incredible and made my stay even more enjoyable. I had never stayed at the AC before but knew Marriott was a great hotel, so I trusted it would be nice. It was beyond my expectations. The ambiance and luxury you feel from the moment you step into the lobby is unmatched. The front desk staff was accommodating and friendly, the valet team was delightful and lovely, and the hotel restaurant food was fantastic!! The rooms were beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. I even got to use the hotel gym facility, which was BEAUTIFUL. I’m I fitness trainer and have seen a lot of gyms in my time, and this hotel gym was stunning. I loved the cleanliness and the overall atmosphere of the entire place! When I return to Frisco, I will absolutely be staying at the AC again!

This property was amazing, rooms were spacious and clean. The temperature in the shower got super hot which i loved. Staff was friendly and the amenities were great. A bonus was that there is a Starbucks and an indoor pool.

My only complaint is that valet took forever to bring the car but they were super friendly and amazing. Not a super big issue but just plan ahead to request the car.

Everything was very clean! Beds, pills, proper AC, etc made the stay extremely comfortable.

The only thing that bothered us is check out is at 12 and we had 2 cleaners wake us up at 8:30 and 9 walking in the door to see if we were there. We should have put a do not disturb, but they also didn’t give us much time to say were In here as they walked almost immediately in. I was surprised how early it was considering we still had hours left in room

It was very close (2 blocks) to the Dallas Cowboys training facility. If it was a nice day you could walk to the facility. We went to the Dallas Cowboys and Dallas Stars games and it is about a 30 minute drive to both arenas. The free breakfast tasted good. We had made to order pancakes and eggs.

The room was very modern. It had a nice table and one chair to sit at. The bathroom door didn't shut completely. It was a sliding door so there was about a one inch gap around the entire door, so if you want privacy using the restroom you will not find it in this room. I've seen and have sliding doors but never ones that had a gap where my hand would fit around the door. The pool was also freezing cold.

We were here for a Cheer competition @ the Star Frisco & it was a nice walk to that venue & near by restaurants. The hotel is beautiful & the staff were all very kind & helpful. When I checked in, Razi put me on the 4th floor but when I asked if he could put our friends nearby or at least on the same floor, he was happy to search for other rooms so our girls could be close by. We ended up on the 6th floor. We never ate at the hotel due to the schedule we had to keep but we did order from the Starbucks inside the hotel which was handy! I used the valet service & when there were no carts for me, Eric & Corey were quick to help me carry things up to our room! Also, check out is @ 11am BUT my daughter wouldn't be done with competition until around 4pm. They brought my car for me to load & then re-parked it so I didn't have to look for somewhere else @ no additional charge.

I would have liked a larger room but didn't see any other options available? Certainly not a deal breaker but when we travel for cheer, we often end up with lots of visitors from the teams.

Excellent staff - Very friendly and helpful. Rooms were extremely clean and exactly as described.

Parking - We chose valet, which was a bit backed up and was stacked out onto the street when we arrived. Valet staff was extremely polite and were working hard, just need more attendants.

The staff was excellent, the room was clean and well appointed. The lobby was pleasant, everyone was engaging and met you with a smile. It was a pleasure to stay there

The only issue that I could find to report about was the lack of parking for the hotel. Since there are other hotels in the area parking was at a premium.

The location is good, hotel is clean and rooms are clean and as expected. Liked the hotel with my family.

The public parking is tough and needs to be improved. Plea.se include free or provide some public parking.

I didn’t care For the “party” in the valet Line Saturday night. The smell of marijuana and people basically partying. Car hopping etc. not sure whether it was some Dallas cowboys from the training center?? Cold walk to the parking garage.

Great staff, maybe the best I’ve ever encountered from check in and welcome desk, bar staff, valet and room cleaning, everyone went what seems like the extra mile for us

Breakfast was pricey, pool not convenient to AC
