The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Most of the staff was very helpful and polite.
Last year we were able to get an Espresso but in able to this time. We had looked to another cup mocha Carmel espresso. Disappointed. There were staff members that acted as though they couldn’t be bothered

Convenient location,nice comfortable hotel
Requested late, check out, but was bamboozled into joining the Bonvoy program.agreed to do it but computer system would not allow. It was kind of annoying.

Breakfast was good and location near all the shopping was a big plus. Really liked the size of the room and the decor and the staff was very helpful and attentive.
A lip in the shower to contain water better would have been nice.

Hotel itself is awesome!!! So bright and fun. Like a cool apartment complex. Love the pool table, books, colors, great atmosphere!!! Front desk staff are exceptional young people. Friendly, helpful, above and beyond.
The room was clean for the most part, except the floor. Dropped something and got down to look for it and their was debris and dirt along the bottoms of the beds.

I love that we could take our dogs. I wish I had the name of the young blonde girl who was the receptionist in the morning, she was excellent!

I always enjoy their clean rooms, and coffee in the morning.
The price for hotel at the discounted rate could be a bit cheaper.
