Upgraded to the bigger queen room with kitchenette for very small increase in price. Was great. Pots and pans and kitchenware provided.

No real complaints. Since I was only sad they didn't have a wafflemaker at freebreakfast... I'd say it was a great stay. 10 dollars for ungated self park is kind of a head scratcher. I get that they want to keep non guests out due to surrounding attractions... but 10 dollars to write down my plates and not tow me? Idea... add a gate, charge us 10 dollars... and use that parking money for gate upkeep.

Very clean. High maintenance standards. Helpful staff. Generous buffet breakfast. Omelette cooked in front of you. Delicious sausages (I'm very particular about sausages and I know a high quality sausage when I taste one!). Well equipped gym (fitness center / fitness centre) which was never busy - and I visited it every single day of my stay at different times of the day.

Elevator seemed a bit slow and the design (the way the doors open) isn't the best, but this is now just nit-picking on my part (because the questionnaire asked what I didn't like). I was still very happy with the hotel and my stay there and, crucially: I would book this hotel again in a heartbeat!

Front desk staff was absolutely amazing, went way beyond my expectations. Room was nicely laid out and quiet. Location was good. Kitchen was helpful.

Wifi connection was buggy, but worked decently. Restaurant service was terrible; I sat there for a while and the person that was supposed to help sat behind the bar talking to a friend. I ended up going across the street to another hotel. Elevator was very slow.

The breakfast was awesome and I loved that it was included. The staff was really nice and friendly, and even let us swim 30 minutes past pool closing which was a huge help as my kids were dying to swim and we got there just 10 minutes before the pool was supposed to close for the night. The room was clean, I loved all of the extra space and the kitchenette was stocked beyond my expectations. Although we didn't cook there, I did use the knives and cutting board along with some of the other dishes.

I don't understand why they charge for parking. It seemed really unnecessary and was a bit of a hassle.

I just absolutely loved being able to bring my dog. The room was cleaner than more expensive four plus star hotels I’ve stayed at. Even tho pets are allowed. I never smelled animals.

I think any place that has an ample uncovered/ungated parking lot just has absolutely no reason to be charging for parking. That’s ridiculous.

The front lobby staff is amazing, not only were they friendly and accommodating when I needed my room in the morning but overall everything was amazing. The housekeeping staff great as well.

If I have to say anything would be that we didn’t have a microwave in the room but you do have one on the lobby.

Location. Clean. Room layout was nice. Breakfast was great! Gentleman making omelets was a nice touch! He did a great job and they were tasty! Each and every front desk staff member was so kind and helpful.

Honestly it was great. Maybe just a bigger mirror in the living area to help with multiple people getting ready.

Close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Ease of navigating to visiting family, which was the reason for our visit. Also, a hot breakfast was included with our stay!

Having to pay for parking. Since I’m already paying to stay here, I feel this is an unnecessary charge.

When I checked our they tried to charge my credit card for the incidentals when it was already on hold. So it kept denying it. Then I asked if I owed the balance and told me no then tried charging my card for 21 cents.

The elevator is super slow and being cleaned at 7am but no notification was not cool. Waited on the elevator for 20 min before lugging my stuff down the stair to find the elevator was being cleaned. Please have staff put notes up to notify guests.
