Staff were really friendly & helpful, I didn’t catch their names but the young girl, the other lady & 2 men who I spoke with at different times during my stay were all really nice & helped with issues I encountered on my trip (flight cancellations not issues with the property) the location was perfect, 5 min Uber ride to good bars, good restaurants etc. room was nice size, wasn’t noisy, bed was comfortable, had a little kitchen with utensils, microwave fridge freezer etc. Really good value for money & will definitely stay there again next time I’m in Plano

The room was very clean. It was comfortable and had the coffee maker which was a relief. I only really had interaction with one member of staff and she was friendly, welcoming and professional at the same time.

The plugs in the bath and the bathroom sink did not work. So both were left out, which did not seem to be very hygienic.

I have stayed here twice, and both times were wonderful as far as the staff and the room. Quite area and close to shopping and places to eat.

They were doing some remodeling, so there was the occasional smell of paint in the stairway. The elevator was a little scary. They might want to have that checked out.

The staff was friendly and the property well kept. The room was comfortable and very close to my work.

There was an incredibly strong smell of curry in my room every night I came home from work. I almost asked to be moved but was too tired to go through the process.

Great room, quiet and the bed was way better than the one I sleep on in my own home. Forgot there was a kitchen. Wouldn't have went to QT. Windows actually open, but I didn't open them. Close to Lexus Box Garden. Commute was easy with very little traffic. 161 or 121 are within a few minutes. I recommend it.

In the laundry/gym there's a coffee machine. No sugar or creamer. No continental breakfast, but I was an hour from home. Just didn't want to drive on a Saturday night coming home from a gig at Legacy Hall.

The staff were wonderful and so nice and a pleasure to interact with. The property and my room were clean and inviting. And the location was excellent as it is located near my place of employment.

I like how clean it was and how the room included a little kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I like how cups and plates came in the room, it had everything you’d need.

I only stayed one night so there wasn’t anything I would say I didn’t like. I enjoyed it.

Free washer and dryer, room,, parking.

No breakfast, after I used their wifi I got phishing texts the next day. Entry way is single door wide, then immediate right then immediate left to get to front desk. Location was 25 minutes away from my church conference. I booked on price but didnt realize how far away it was.

Absolutely wonderful customer service! Very friendly, attentive. Also, hotel was very clean and so was my room. Quiet place. Great Location, close by restaurants and shopping

Can't think of anything that I didn't like.
