The housekeeping staff were the best we've had. They were quick to help and very pleasant. The location was easy to find and in a quiet area. 7/11 was within walking distance. There were lots of restaurants nearby. The breakfast had a lot of choices but please add bacon and more waffle batter - it ran out by 9 am and breakfast was until 9:30 am. The outdoor areas were clean. The kids enjoyed the pool. It was a perfect stay for a week.

The bathroom was really small. The mechanism of the sofa bed was sprung. It was ok for the kids but an adult might be uncomfortable

Staff is very friendly. Our flight got delayed so much and the front reception was super nice during our check in. We were so worried that online said we can only check in until 12am so my sister rushed to the hotel to make sure our reservation won’t get cancelled. Thankfully it didn’t.

Wish the call center is not an incoming call center only since a direct number to the hotel is not available anywhere. Or at least allow to make a warm transfer to the hotel If posting the number online is not an option.

LOVED THE ROOM LAYOUT!! With 2 separate bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable & the pillow selection was divine. Having a nice large TV in each bedroom & in the living room was very nice!! Table with comfortable chairs was great as those could have been used in Living room if more than 2 people.

Found chips behind/underneath TV in living room & under night stand in bedroom. Could have used grab bars in shower for partially disabled son & would be a good safety addition. Breakfast was OK except for the waffles which were great. Dehydrated eggs had no flavor, biscuits were hard & small, no juice or cut up fresh fruit, only whole apples. Enjoyed the pre-packaged Jimmy Dean English muffins, w/eggs, ham & cheese that were hot & ready to go.

The rooms where big and spacious. The staff were all very nice. Cleanliness was on point. The Housekeeping and Front Desk staff were very friendly. I really am happy to say the breakfast was excellent and the kitchen staff was pleasent bright and busy.

The bed was too hard and too soft maybe it's time for new mattresses. I attempted to wash laundry in the self service laundry both washers broke down. I spent 3 hours washing two loads of laundry and only had time to dry one load. The other just had to get hung up to dry because I was late for a reservation. I waited on the house maintenance person for 22 minutes the first time. He was very helpful but two breakdowns in one day.

Location was convenient to highways and inner city travel. Grocery store and t=restaurants short drive. Breakfast was above average most days.

Update on occupancy availability, researched extending stay and learned thee was no availability for an extension.

Room was clean, met our expectations promised on the wbsite. Staff were highly friendly. Good breakfast. Our requests were accommodated. Parking is very convenient.

The staff was extremely helpful. The attendant was very friendly. He ensured all items were very available even til the end.

Breakfast was minimal. The self-serve waffles were like cardboard.

I really appreciated the service of Joel for breakfast. He was very kind and available to serve the customers. The food was good and everything was clean. I would definitely give him a score of 10/10.

Location

The breakfast room was mmm,mmm with out invitation to have breakfast. No music, total silent, alone with out the habitat of any other Marriot breakfast buffet … like do not invite to stay there. Also needs more food variety as the other Hotels (family/Marriot) or as the competition.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Size of room was great. Location was pretty good for us. They had basketballs available for my children to use at the court. Amenities were great.

They still have COVID restrictions with breakfast and everything was only packed to go. Rooms could use a little maintenance. Floor trim was falling off and cabinets were not closing properly.
