I am very happy with this location. Of all the Courtyard properties have stayed over the years, this was by far the best. The rom was clean, comfortable, and it offered every amenity I’ve come to appreciate in a home away from home. The price was perfect, and staff on Texas-OU weekend was friendly, helpful and accommodating as they could reasonably be on such a busy weekend. My room was clean and well-stocked. Thank you for trying to squeeze me in for early check-in (they actually did get me in 30 minutes early). The purpose behind my stay was business and leisure: to test out the Plano area for weekend traffic as well as to test the Monday morning commute from Plano to my office, which is currently a 2.5 mile (7 minutes, door-to-door). And thank you to Amie, who did a beautiful job cleaning/setting up my room. I see you!

The idea of a $7 bottle of water I could purchase myself. And I did. I made a hop, skip and a jump over to HEB for the water so I could enjoy a good cup of Joe in the morning before heading into the office. This trip was on my own dime: no per diem or allowance for expenses like these for a “stay-cation.”

All of the staff were super friendly, helpful and accommodating.

The toilet kept running all night and the telephone was out of service which made it a challenge to communicate with front desk. The morning after our first night, there was hardly any body wash in the shower. Of course, we would expect it to be fully stocked and ready for showers.

Well, I do wish it had breakfast included.. It didn't. That is all a separate purchase/expense. And that at least they give you a bottle of water, not charge for it. I understand it's all business, but please..don't charge for the bottled waters in the room. And please include free breakfast 🙏❤️

I enjoyed the pool and the room was comfortable. The staff was friendly.

No one ever came to clean the room or bring towels. We did ask for towels and received the towels for our room. I would suggest having pool towels available so we don't go have to go to the front desk to get them.

Everything and very well managed nice rooms with split stay great helpful staff no fromt desk and maintenance man and cafe staff special touch was fitness centre

Might have preferred a full choose buffet breakfast and inclusive

The conditioner bottle was empty since the begging, they also charge me for laundry and dryer services ( witch I didn’t use) now I need to have some time to call and cleared this😬

I got there pretty late and stuff was still friendly and provided me with free water. The design of the hotel was pretty cool and the room was comfortable and spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool. It was nice to stay for the night.

Having to pay for breakfast

The hotel was in a nice location and the room rates were reasonable by comparison to other hotels in the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I love that they gave complementary water.

The rooms were a bit dated. There’s not really a real restaurant in the hotel just a marketplace, which is different.

Went out to eat breakfast because I did not feel like paying more money to the Courtyard, I guess I didn't make sure there was continental breakfast. Was very disappointed.

The only thing that I didn’t like was that, there was no direction to dispose of extra garbage from your room.You would have to wait for housekeeping to come and clean.
