The team who worked there was absolutely amazing! They were kind and accommodating and professional. There were 3 different front desk team members who interacted with us and they all rocked. Dwayne, Monet, and I don’t remember the other persons name from this morning (Oct.9).

My initial room (205) had a door that had been busted through in the past. The deadbolt did not work and the door was not fully closed. It felt unnerving being a solo female in the room overnight on Monday.

The main area of the hotel is quite nice. parking is easy and the guy at the front desk was very nice. This is a great part of town and very convenient to shopping and dining. Also if you are a coffee person, starbucks is across the street.

The room was a bit dated and underwhelming and I had in interior view. Room could use a bit of an update but it worked great for the time I was there.

Breakfast was okay. I had cereal and fruit. I don’t like the other offerings. Bring back the waffle maker. The pancakes are very pasty. The location for my purposes is great!

The ice machine on the 2nd floor has been broken since February that I’m aware of. It was my 4th stay there since February.

Loved the fact that it was very close by areas to eat and shop but off to the side to where you can get a little quiet. I also loved the fact that there were no smoking rooms, although it may not be convenient for those who do smoke.

I do not have any complaints about this property. I would book this hotel again before going to an Airbnb

The ease of booking a room the room size and cleanliness of the bathroom.

For breakfast, there was no bacon, and the meat on the menu was not cooked to my satisfaction with no brownness on sausage links or sausage patties which was really a very disappointment. I asked the staff about the bacon she said they only serve bacon on Monday - Friday during the week and this was a disappointment she said her manager said cook time is only 3 minutes for the meat is the reason for the lightness of the meat. This will serve as a guide for me when I make reservations bacon must be on the menu if not they I will check for hotel that does serve bacon.

Location

Breakfast should be bacon, eggs,grits, fruit and pancakes or waffles EVERY DAY! Get rid of rubber sausages and white flour called gravy! Yuk!

I traveled to Plano for outpatient surgery and had to stay for 4 nights before I could go back home. the stay was comfortable and quiet.

guest were smoking right in front of the entrance to the hotel even though the sign said must be 25 feet from front of entrance. the entrance was an automatic door that was consistently open. I’m not usually a Karen but I had just had surgery and not supposed to be around cigarette smoke. it was very off putting.

Location

The elevator was down and we had to call downstairs so the staff can send it up. Also, the plumbing was not the best our toilet was stopped up and the front desk person gave me a plunger to fix it. Shower was also not draining properly.

Breakfast with Holiday Inn is always good. They should add more options for vegetarian people now. Staff friendly and try to cooperate with your request

Sink clogged and water turned off completely during bath time.

it’s comfortable and breakfast is really great.

We paid for a king oversize room. We got a regular king room and a handicap room, which we do not need or want. I asked for an oversized king when we arrived which was right after check in time and was told they didn’t have any! (???) I asked for a corrected charge but was told Booking would have to call holiday Inn express.
