I also liked the fact that the receptionist was nice and polite when he couldn't find me in the system and corrected the name, they had registered me under. The system had added a G in front of my last name.

I didn't get information for the breakfast options or if it was available to option in the morning. I would have liked to have breakfast before my meetings or have the information to where I can have breakfast without me looking in my phone.

Loved having Starbucks in the facility. I have stayed at the facility 2 times. On the first stay, I fell in love with the facility and the convenience of being close to everything that we wanted to see and do. The staff has been very friendly and helpful each time that I have stayed there. The lobby has a cozy feel to it. There is a working fireplace, and TV's, making it a nice place to hang out. The room that I have reserved for both of my stays has been the larger double Queen room. It is roomy for our group of 4. The beds were so comfortable and quiet. I had a great night sleep. The bathroom area is one of the nicest that I have seen in a hotel setting. The shower and toilet area is separate from the sink with mirror above it. The room and bathroom were both very clean. Nice colors in room and lobby.

There wasn't an extra mirror in the room. It would have made it easier for our group of 4 ladies to put on make up and do our hair in less time.

Location was great for us, although it wasn’t the easiest facility to access. Once you figured out how to get into the parking lot it was ok, but lots of u-turning required on major streets to get in the parking lot. Room was nice, bed comfortable and great shower. Staff was very cordial and helpful.

Ridiculous to have to pay $4.50 for a cup of coffee in the morning. Never before in my 73 years have I stayed at a hotel/motel that didn’t have coffee for guests in the lobby without having to pay extra. It was bad enough that room didn’t include breakfast, but having to pay for coffee left a really bad taste in my mouth (no pun intended).

Free hot breakfast would be nice. Eggs, meat, and/or waffles/pancakes. Current breakfast options were good, but rather expensive.

Late night man acting like we were bothering him and we were there for surgery, we needed more pillows and ice..he played on his phone. Thursday night.

Very nice stay--my parents came to town to visit, and we booked this hotel for them. Everything was pleasant, from the check in to cleanliness and size of the room. Would definitely stay again!

The beds were comfortable. We liked the couch in the room. The shower was large. There was a fridge. All good. We liked that the room was on the bottom floor, and was non smoker.

The price of a cup of coffee was ridiculous! $4.71 for a cup of coffee is absolutely ridiculous! We didn't eat there because of the prices.

I liked the smell of fresh clean sheets, nice carpet, roomy shower, the soaps that are available, the refreshing orange-sliced water at the front desk and the options for healthy snacks.

I didn't find anything that was not to my liking. Perhaps an available microwave by the ice machine to reheat leftover food would be something to consider.
